Very easy to use - like that there are chapters, you don't have to do it all at once.

Very easy. And it had some information I didn't know before. And it felt great to pass.

They made sure to resolve my issue as i wasn't able to get into anything and needed to reregister as a new person. And they set it up for me and I'm happy they resolved it so quickly.
