Learning needs to be enjoyable and I believe this has been the best way to do that.

It was great

I was hoping for more video-improv & lecture than reading material. As I believe I am an aural learner. The video portion could be more extensive, but all of the content seems accurate & informative.

Advertising said course was 1/2 our but its 4 hours

Courses weren't just long facts about driving but included Jokes etc to go with scenarios.

Quick easy and to the point

Course was good-very informative and taught me some things I didn't know after driving for 42 years.

Was interesting, self paced

I would have liked to register for the course online on my own but it wasn't very clear how to do that so I had to use the Online Chat feature.

Easy to get started

Good website and material was helpful, comedy was dated and not that entertaining, I actually skipped through those parts, which was disappointing. I also didn't need to pay for a copy of my certificate, the site allows you to make a copy after completion, but they didn't tell me that at the beginning so I paid an additional fee for a copy to be sent by mail.

Fast and Easy to use.

I love the defensive driving courses for New York.
