The videos were entertaining

I think you could have asked better questions on the final test pertaining to the needs of elderly drivers. For one example: I think it is necessary for older people to know that intersections are the most dangerous and that right turns are better than left turns. In other words, plan ahead to make left turns!

It was simple and easy to read along. However, it would be nice if there was a chat capability with a representative so you can ask questions.

It was fine, it's just so sad that we need to pay for something to get a break on our NJ insurance, which is already so out of control high. At least my improv.com is here for that!
