There was a problem with my records that prevent the upload of my completion certificate to the courts; however, the customer service folks I dealt with were great and were able to correct my errors in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent driver safety course, even for a safe driver with 50+ years of experience. It was informative and delightfully humorous. Only criticism was that it was too redundant and the signature metrics recognition was a nuisance.

Funny jokes. The jokes broke up the monotony of having to listen or read the 5hr course.

I am trying to "Continue" your course. When I open the chapter, I get the screen that wants to verify my identity with the questions I answered when I registered. The screen is grayed and nothing happens. I called your help number and after waiting for a few minutes, left a message. A did a chat and no response. I need get on with my course and your system is not allowing that. Frustrating.

This course was well-designed and informative. I actually enjoyed taking it!

The product is so worth it. Watch the video, peruse the reading. Answer short quiz. That simple. Certificate is automatically sent.

So far it is quick, easy, and clear instructions and information.

Very easy to do. The only problem was that I sent the link to my family and it did not give them the GEICO discount but I was able to call and get reimbursed so it all worked out though it took a little time and I ahve to mail the certificates in.

I had a great experience. The format was easy to follow and the content was relevant. For someone who's had their driver's liscence for many years, this wasn't just a refresher course but pertinent information.

It was a very valuable course and it helped me get a discount with my insurance company.

Only issue that I have and I'm currently going back to complete the course is the fact that one cannot move on to another section unless you devote 40 minutes the reading. Unless there is a specific law stating this has to be done it is a nuisance because I frankly I'm able to absorb the material in half the time.

I like the comfort of being in my own home. I'm not into stand up comic.
