Loved the humor throughout

I took the defensive course and found it to be excellent and appreciste my lower insurance premium

I had a pretty positive experience with this company. They were upfront with the costs and had no hidden fees. My only criticism is that the sound was inconsistent and nearly nonexistent for some of the video portions. One question was based on the information in the video, so it would have been nice to have heard it.
