While adding browser's to my computer, I somehow created a "bogus" family tree and did not know how to get rid of it without wiping out my real family tree. Customer service walked me through it effortlessly and I'm now back to my real family tree!
Shayli was very helpful when I could not access my family tree. She helped me resolve my issue quickly, and followed up to make sure it was taken care of.
I spent 2 hours on hold during 4 attempted phone calls on 6/28. I was the next caller in line but a rep never answered. Calls that required leaving a message after the tone, I never heard a tone. Another hour on hold on 6/29. I finally found where I could send an email and as a result of sending the email my problem was resolved.
I paid for the DNA test and got the results quickly. The information was accurate. I called support to explain the results and they were extremely helpful. I receive updates from the firm on other discoveries. I would highly recommend this company.

Maybe it's kind of symphtomatic for a person like me, born in the 1950s to begin with genealogy when 60+ years of old, and doing that while playing the pop and rock heroes from 1960s and 197s on high volyme (and frighten the neighborhood at the same time).

MyHeritage.com is a great website. I was easily able to find what I was looking for. Finally, Eva was very helpful in getting me what I needed.
I cant see my matches or matches in common. I can't see all the dna ethnicities of family members. Ancestry is way better. Even 23andme is better than my heritage. You can see your dna matches, how you might connect and who you share, with no further cost. I was able to see all this information with my heritage in the beging and than it was just gone! I called, and the person who took my call said that I was not supposed to be able to see all the information. What a joke! I find it hard to believe that these reviews are true.

I had issues with my subscription and contacted the support line via email. The response time was fast and they were extremely nice and professional helping me resolve my issue. The site itself is worth every penny! Definitely an easy 5 stars!

I'm their member since many years. They're always updating my tree with more and more people,, with interesting facts. They give me full support and they have good plans, but they only neither offer the option of keeping all the data in a flash drive nor printing it. I'm looking forward to that. Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

Answer: Dear Jonathan, Yes I have the same problem, I wrote to My Heritage and they have still not responded to my request for assistance. They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
