PATHETIC SERVICE
I ordered a pink bouquet. Supposed to deliver the same day. First, they booked it for the next day! Second when i am trying to contact them there is no number to contact. Third, they delivered the wrong flowers! What the hell is f******* wrong with this company! Dont waste your money on company as $#*!ty as this. Even if the other charge thrice more, atleast you'll know the correct flower is being delivered.
Delivered wrong and cheap product. Highly recommend not to buy anything from this site. Ordered a magic mug with a personalized picture on it and they have delivered a plain white mug and the bouquet we order was Rs 1000 but they have delivered some crap.
I spent 1000 rs on a blueberry cheesecake (500gm) and ended up getting a normal cake smeared with pink sour Jam. This is pathetic. Why would I spend my hard earned money on such a scam. Moreover thankfully this order was to my home so I could figure out what's wrong. What if this was sent to a friend or relatives address. I will never know what they received
Very very disappointing with this website. I had ordered a champagne and a bouquet which was of 3300. They sent a cheap quality wine and bouquet was so cheap and I tried reaching them for 20 times but they didn't reply back. Never trust this site they mislead their customers.
I ordered for midnight cake delivery and for that they charged 250 extra and additional 200 based on the area of delivery which makes it 450 Rs. They repeatedly kept calling me & said they will change the time of delivery. Inspite of repeatedly saying not too. They delivered ordered at 10pm along with the different cheap cake. Worst site ever
Out to make money. I had placed an order for carnations and they have delivered some cheap roses bouquet which is horrible, not worth the money I paid. Cheats.

I ordered fruit cake. But the cake which I recieved is without fruits. Nd the pic I selected of cake was very different which I got. This is extremely bad experience ever I got. I need an explanation nd compensation. Bcz the more money I gave the product was really not affordable with that price. I am very dissatisfied nd disappointed.

My slot time is between 10AM to 11pm (17/10/2020).
They should be delivering the cake in between 10AM to 11AM.
I have raised a complaint with the team and there is no responce.
Besides they have mentioned that they will not refund the money (1700/-).
They have also mention that they will deliver the cake by end of the day and advised me to celebrate the event accordingly.
After this conversation I did not hear from the My flower team.
What they show and what we get is different, looks like they gave the entire cake to kids for designing and they charged so much, definitely not going to be back again to this website. No support from them at all.
I had ordered a cake on 3rd Oct, 2020 for my mom's birthday with a fixed slot delivery, the delivery executive first informed me about running late due to traffic and then without even delivering the cake, he marked it as delivered.
When I tried contacting the customer care, there was no response and even the delivery guy switched off his phone.
After a lot of failed attempts of reach out to customer service team, their chat bot replied saying that the cake is delivered and please a complaint if there is any issue regarding the order, and then i raised a complaint and till today there is no response from the complaint team.
The cake was delivered to me at 9PM(with a fixed delivery slot of 6PM) in a bad shape and bad manner.
This is the worst experience ever.
I had worst experience yesterday for my friends birthday. First they dint deliver the cake which I ordered. In addition I ordered for birthday cake and they delivered anniversary cake. Worst pathetic service. Playing with emotions of somebody being in delivering emotions business
I like the cake and flowers love myflowertree. And delivery was in time. Guys go fot it and the packing is also very good thanku myflowertree. :)
No customer care service. Also the cake was not same as shown in the picture. Better sites are available.
For birthdayflowers, does not make sense to have t bgg e delivery in the afternoon. Uncertain delivery schedule. Not worth the amount paid.
I had ordered a plant covered with a jute bag with maa written on it. The order arrived very very late with no jute bag... just with a slip written 'man's ans the plant which was in a very very pathetic position. The flowers and plants are ordered to make someone feel special... it was really really upsetting. I would request not to order from this website
I had ordered flowers for my friend's anniversary. It was delivered at 9.30pm. I paid 599 seeing a beautiful bouquet of pink roses with white and green fillers beautifully wrapped in jute. What they received was few roses wrapped in brown paper. Not even 50 percent closer to the image and not worth the price.
A big zero... the dont delivered item proparly... and for pertial delivary they do nothing... total waste of money
What they actually care is getting your order and money. They may deliver your order any time suitable for them... even when you already have paid for a specific date!
When you complain... they proudly say that they handle a lots of orders and were very busy... so what if they delivered your order at wrong date! My complaint number was *******. Below is attached their reply. Don't waste your money. Don't deal with cheaters.
Your loved ones may not get costly flowers and cakes on their birthday or anniversary. When you make a complaint... nobody cares.
Not satisfied with the kind of service provided by MyFlowerTree. They have totally ruined my birthday planing. If you order is urgent please dont prefer this site. They will take there own time to deliver the item.
