I order cake, card and printed cushion for my husband on my anniversary. They did not deliver the cushion. This happend with me twice wherein they did not delivered the printed mug on Valentines day either. I dont think they have capacity to deliver the printed items on the same day, hence beware before you end up spoiling important days and moments with your loved ones. I ordered valentine's gift from the site "MYFLOWER TREE" on 14th Feb and the order was not delivered by them and no one even contacted me either via phone or email. I had tried to contact them on the customer care number many times, but their number was always busy. Then I tried to contact FB on the 17th of Feb where I asked them to refund my money and they sent the delivery.

I have refused to accept the order because I clearly told them I want the refund, not the order and the same has been told to the vendor delivery person. He connected me with the Myflower tree team, and I have said the same to them. But again, they said a refund is not possible and you only refused to accept the order.

They are total scammers and fake and I have done FIR against them on the Local police station and Cybercrime website.

Showing the delivery done on 14 feb at night 10:49pm but still today nothing is recieved worst evere raising complaints against them...please dont order from these website its completely fraud

The order was not delivered and I received a message that it was delivered. Fake, Fraud, Robber, and SCAM

Pathetic service, don't ever order from here. They took the money, didn't deliver the order in the whole day, not even refunding the amount and not even picking the calls.

It's a scam site. Do not waste ur time here. This is a site to loot people.no customer service. U will not get delivered any order

My friend had placed an order, as it was valentine's day and she wanted to surprise her mom. When tracking the order it'd say ready for delivery and it should reach before 9 PM, however, there'd be no sign of it, not even a call. So we decided to give it a day only to see the same message on the tracking page. Mind you, it's been 3 days now. We even tried calling but no one would take our call, very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this website. Let's take them down together!

Dear Buyers, this is a company that has the worst customer care, no replies, no responses, and no place to connect except the mobile number which is non-responsive. DON'T TRUST THERE SERVICECES

I had the worst experience sending a valentine's day surprise gift to my girlfriend. Due to delay in delivery I had no choice but to inform my girlfriend about the delivery and we waited until almost 9:30pm. Later I received an email about rescheduled date and the reason for not delivering was that the recipient did not respond to the delivery guy's call. There was no call received from them and yet they mention this reason.
Very unethical attitude from Myflowertree and an unfortunate experience for me.
Will never make another mistake ordering from them

It was the worst experience...still i don't where is my order. No one takes the call.No customer care service available. It's fraud. I recommend each and every one please never ever place an order from Myflowertree. These people play with our feelings and never respond. Highly irresponsible.

Ordered a plant and it was showing same day delivery. Even after that they took 98rs extra for same day delivery. Even after paying the amount, package was not delivered. And no response from cx service as well. My money is simply lost. No package, no response. They have opened the website just to loot people. Please never use this site. Thank you.

Today is valintines day n i have placed an order wd emotions for my wife n its 11 at night nw n stil not delivered.i have been waiting the whole day for ds.u not only spoiled my n my wifes day but worst service cant gt conncted to the contact no...my advice to the viewers is only order from here if u wana get disappointmnt n sadness n b upset...worst just worst...my order no is *******

There is no option to give 0 star, that's why giving 1 star. Bogus and pathetic gift delivery system. Will never buy any gift again from myflower tree again

Very worst poor Customer service - failed to deliver birthday gift for my wife and they are saying they will deliver the birthday cake next day after birthday- track number *******- lost 3000 Rupees.Also custmer care response is very bad, they are not picking the call and after picking call communication is very bad,I was calling from UAE and they put me on hold for long time.
