We have ordered cake and flower bouquet from - My flowers tree. They delivered cake only. Cake was of poor quality. When we complaint there was no response. And after so many reminders no action has been taken so far... Therefore it is requested from public that kindly don't order anything from this site as the site along with the people running are fraud... They people are only involve in doing fraudulent activities...

Absolute scam operation, order not delivered, customer service not responding. My hard earned money is gone! The people running this company have no shame about looting people.

I have booked order which was never delivered. On constant follow-up they have credited the amount in my wallet which can be used for future orders. Next order was delivered incompletely and as usual with a lot of delay.
Third order which was same day delivery also is still out for delivery status on the 2nd day.
Pathetic service. DONT EVER PAY FOR THESE GUYS. SHEER WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY

This app is fake. They don't respond you once you order. They only want payment. I did my order and I don't know where my order is... They are even not responding now. Don't order anything from this app

I ordered flowers which were to be delivered between 8am -12 PM. I paid online. The flowers have not come (till 430 PM). There is no way to reach them. The phone number does not work- *******1000 does not work. They dont give you a call back. The chatbot never replies. Have tried all these options. Please do not spoil your occasion by ordering from here

It will take me ages to forget the most harrowing, horrible and distasteful experience that my family and I had with My Flower Team on the 12th of May 2021.

What I had to go through is simply unacceptable! I have booked an expensive birthday cake for my 2 years son on 10th May 2021 and chose a delivery time of 3-6 Pm on 12th May.
But they did not deliver the cake on time. I have received the cake at 10 PM in the night. My baby was sleeping at that time. We did not test the cake because they spoil our mood. Due to lockdown we did not buy any other cake. I will recommended to you guys never used My flower tree service at all! For 12th May to till date, I am trying to reach his complain team, but they are not responding. If you will talk about cake message... please see the pictures in attachment, there is no any message, no birthday candle.

They didn't deliver my order... there's no proper customer care number... and they did even call me even after raising complaint

Waste of money... ordered the pinata cake... but the cake was totally empty, melted and hammer was also not provided... i requested for another cake or refund but helpdesk didn't give satisfied answer. They always reply that w8 for 24 hrs. 8 hrs... its been almost 12 days like this. It was about 949 rs.
