I have ordered cake for my daughter's wedding anniversary on 3rd. Product was not delivered. I tried to contact them through several ways. But no response. On 7th I received mail stating that delivery attempted. I don't know what to do next

I had placed an order on 13-Jun-2021 at 2:40am to be delivered on 13-Jun-2021 between 8am to 12pm. And received a message at 2:25pm saying that my order had been delivered, when the person had not received the order at all.
And i have been continuously following it up but there is no proper response from your end. When i raised a complaint for the email which i received saying my complaint is closed.

How can the complaint be closed when the issue is not yet resolved. I was very disappointed with the service this time.
Kindly refund my amount back and will stop ordering from your website.

1. Ordered two cakes one week ago for my sons birthday on 26.05.2021. At the Last minute at 3.30 PM on that auspicious day they have cancelled the order. But till 3 PM, they were giving confidence that delivery is on the way.
2. After cancellation, till now they have not refunded the money.
3. We cannot contact anyone nor get some responsible answers. All r auto call answers and no reply mail.
4. Even educated person like me, git dooped by this fraud company.
5. Humble request is never ever order and wate your money and spoil your occasion.
Completely fraudulent company and need to book a case on the e marketing company..

My personal favorite at myflowertree is Red Velvet Cake which they do very well. Additionally they have lovely flowers, and personalised gifts as well.

Worst worst worst worst service by this people. I ordered days back to get the gifts and cake to one of my friend on 9th June and today it is 12th june and yet my friend has not received anything, idk how but they delivered the cake on that day, also when u call i feel i spoke to same person on both the day and when i am complaining about it he is ok give me order number back end team will check like what its been days i have ordered. I am so disappointed in this people like i am not gonna order from them again or not gonna recommend to anyone. I understand the situation is bad now and bcoz of which it can be delayed but like so many days now and also the person who calls need to learn the customer service ethics keep your attitude outside before you call ur customers. I do not know how to get back in touch with them as they say request callback and we receive that after hours. I will wait for a day and if it still not delivered i am cancelling my order I feel ashamed when my friend asking me if i got any news on gifts i sent, so f**king humiliating.

BAD SERVICE EVER!

I order a cake and flower for one of my family members birthday today. I was informed by customer representative that it will get delivered today within 9 am to 21 pm IST. I was so worried that the item wont get delivered so I simply requested call back but no call back. Eventually I chat with other representative again as the timeline was over and the item was not delivered. The agent informed that we cant do delivery today... the company and website shows same day delivery. Do ypu understand the meaning of same day delivery. It is a complete harassment. I am unable to call, even chat representative is not helping. I am not able to get my refund... Your company is a bunch of liars and fake website. You shouldnt lie to people and take away their money. People rely on ds website so that they can give special moments to their family order I'd *******
