ORDERED flowers for my Parents anniversary, on the day of anniversary received and an email in the morning from these guys that flowers are on the way, which i was pleased to hear.
Unfortunately they got delivered at 9.30 PM when all was over.
They trick you by mentioning on their website that delivery will be in between 9am-9pm.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

MyFlowerTree. Never ever buy anything from here! Most pathetic flowers and even more pathetic customer service. How would you feel if you receive stale flowers on your anniversary?
It was so damn expensive and it went straight into dustbin. What is even more shocking than the stale flowers was the so called customer service. The complaint raised immediately on chat doesn't count (photos also shared)! The call with customer executive within 30 mins doesn't count! There is no notification sent on mail on submission of complaint. Then according to policy, the complaint raised after 24 hours isn't considered though we raised the complaint on the so called right link within 24 hours but didn't get any email confirmation on the same. Very convenient on their part and surely their customers are not kings!

Wow just wow! Feeling cheated and disgusted!
They will surely fail soon enough if they don't mend their ways!
Look at the attached pics - What we got vs. what is shown on website! Such companies are bad not only for customers but also for other small companies which are fighting with big brands.

Avoid. Avoud. Avoid myflowertree. Very poor service. My order ******* was for delivery by 9am but was delivered at 6pm. Despite my follow-ups for whole day no one was giving any justification for the delay. They are also not refunding the extra charges of Rs 195 taken by them for morning delivery. They have added it to my wallet for future orders but not agreeing to refund.

I have ordered in Ranchi, my order no- *******. I have paid extra charges for midnight delivery but I have not received. They ruined the occasion. Not trustworthy at all!

Paid extra to have it delivered in the morning by 9 am. 6 hours later its not delivered. They kept changing delivery slot to later in the day but never arrived. Customer services doesn't give any updates. Complaints system doesn't work also. They just want to streak money. Avoid them
