I am a regular customer of myflowertree, I have always felt it is overpriced but this time the quality was soooo Awesome that it realty felt worth the price.

Its regarding the order of Complaint Ticket #*******. The article deivered to me with family photograph of other family instead of my one. I keep on callig to customer care number *******8269, with no help.

They keep on telling me the issue has been forwarded to different department. As per them its different will look in to it and every time, I call have to say the issue from begining. They do not have any common platform, where issue are noted. Its seems to be a fraud company, wher they are making consumer fool. Please take required action and check there operating procedure. They are not evening revealing there name or iD to take refference on further call. Every time, I call there is different customer care agent and he/She has no refference to my previous call as they have no common log sheet.

Its not about the money of mine, its regarding there way of functining.

Actually i ordered flowers yesterday and i select the time slot between 11-2pm but around 2 they were not there. And then i called them, they said flowers will get delivered till 3:15pm which was fine for me because of lockdown issues. But the flowers were literally in bad condition. The carnations were all little bit brown and then if you check all the flowers, most of them would be in the worst state. As if they just picked the old one. And they delivered all wet flowers which is weird! If you pay the price and you get some $#*! based on the pathetic reviews on myflowertree site, this is what actual review i need to come up with!

Worst ever website to place an order from, I placed by order # ******* which was suppose to be delivered on July 10th as a birthday gift however it has still not been delivered and when contacted 2 associates at different time was informed that it was dispatched through Bluedart however today i again spoke to another associate through chat was informed that it was dispatched through Delhivery and gave a AWB# when i tried to track the order it said no information.
Okay so my order was delivered on July 18th however to my surprise it was delivered in such a pathetic manner that we couldn't recognise if it was the same product that we ordered.(pics attached) HORRIBLE SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE.
