First time I ordered with them for my parents anniversary and paid extra for fixed time delivery. I got email confirmation that it's delivered when I called my parents to ask if they liked it they said nothing received but delivery guy called and said he will deliver in 2 hours from actual delivery time opted. It got delivered though it was late. Second time in the same month, I ordered again. Same story repeats, i got email confirmation but when I checked it wasn't delivered. When contacts customer service they are saying it's delivered and told me to raise a complaint. It's been 2 days and there is no response from them. All they say is either it's delivered already or we will look into it. I don't believe some one is really looking into it.
Worst service. No proper response from Customer support. All I understand is they are just sending pre-documented set of response whenever asked for update.

The cake was a total nightmare. No response from customer service. Delivery was hours late. Cake was delivered late and in the most unhygienic way. No professional at all. They are fraud. Waste of money and time. Had placed an order from abroad for my mom's bday and it really was such a bad surprise for her.
