I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered at specific time. It was mentioned on standard delivery that they will. Deliver the order. Between 5 to 8 pm
The delivered 10pm in the night when birthday was already over. Most pathetic part of that was the lack of communication. The live chat agent kept telling me it's in process it's out for deliver when I shouted they moved to deliver! The customer care number is not picking up the call.
They won't even tell me when it would be delivered!
Extremely disappointed, will never order from here again. Would like to tell everyone never choose this company. Very very bad service and worst experience so far. Look for other service providers

I have ordered yesterday on dated 07/12/2021 on occasion of aniversary to make my wife feel special but they guys are very pathetic they don't have emotions. I wanted to wish my anniversary day to my wife but they guys charge it but didn't deliver it.

My flower tree with teddy, they guys didn't have picked my call no response from my mail, all time customer care number goes busy. They are cheating people. Don't ever buy any product from My flower tree. If my product won't deliver I will complain against their wrong commitment to consumer court.

Most of the time I used online sites for surprise my loved ones and mostly Its good but this time i am really mad because of my flower tree service. There is one item less in my order and everything is ruined. That's the first time this kind of thing happened and I really don't like this site. No response even i contacted them several time.

They are fake and stealer of your money. They charge first then take order. After paying you keep tracking order and to service provider. But you will not find any response. Ultimately you will spoil your function party or plan and mood too. Absolutely unresponsible. My birthday was on 28 Nov and they deliver cake at night 2200 hrs. When everybody was gone. And that to in worst shape. I complain them but no response. My order number was *******. Waste of time n money. I suggest never ever order anything from them.
