Frustration plus. Not good experience. Didn't like the product returned, but continued to get charged. Bad business. This was supposed to be a try at $39 something and then I started getting charged $64.51 every 4 weeks. I called, cancelled requested money back and was "again charged" I finally threatened to take to my bank as fraudulent charge and they advised they would credit my account immediately for unauthorized charges. I do not recommend this product.

Make sure you read the fine print. The company advertises the product (5 piece) as being $39.95 but they charge you every 4 weeks. The total cost of the product is $119.85 +shipping. The foundation does not cover anymore than store brand products and completely not worth that price. I would have been happy paying the $39.95 and never using it again but was outraged at paying $120 for something that didn't work anywhere near as I would have hoped.

This is my review, and it isn't good. The product did not do what they say it would. I applied it three times, and my redness was not covered up. Also, I did not know we had to read the fine print and that you would be sending out new products every 30 days or so. I have refused the last two packages and I was billed for them. I spoke with Chris on on May 6,2016. Was assured my acct would be cancelled, and it was. But since then I have been billed 63.65 and 53.94, which I want credited for. I never brought the products home from the Post Office. This is not very good business practice. Please credit my account for the 2 amounts listed above or you will hear from my lawyer. As far as I am concerned, this is fraud and outright criminal.

After using IT cosmetics for one week (bye-bye foundation specifically) and hating it, I have the acne of a 14 year old! I am 44 and didn't have this skin when I was 14. The breakout I have experienced can only be described is cystic, large painful pimples that are incredibly stubborn and not going away! This makeup promised to go on light and give you the full coverage look without the feel or look of heavy makeup. It does not do this at all. I bought it because of the promise of not looking like you have pounds of makeup on, which I hate and is the reason I never wear foundation in the first place. I loved the idea of the moisturizer providing even coverage. No, the result is the exact opposite. You end up with a face full of heavy makeup which only makes you look older. Up close it's down right scary. I stopped using it and cancelled the recurring shipments and now I'm left with the nightmare of waiting for my awful skin to clear up!

I have spent so much time and money looking for a product to cover my rosacea and this is the best product by far. Most concealers will cover for 15 minutes, but do not last all day. This lasted all day. At the same time, it does not have a caked appearance. It did take me practice to apply the concealer. I normally use a sponge to apply makeup, and this did not work well with the concealer. (Fingers worked better.) The eyebrow pencil was a little too dark for my fair skin and blonde hair, but the pencil did come with a brush that helped lighten it a bit..
