This is a security measure that completes my confidence level of her use of the pc fr banking and personal finance.

I just have the need to thank MyCleanPC for being there to handle my situation with my computer problem(s)

Some of my data had been hacked hope this fixes issues. They were quick

I don't know about the negative reviews but UST has always been there & helpful for me when I needed them to be. Then again sometimes the problem isn't always the computer but the user!

Usually easy to communicate with. Quick to get to my problem and solves the problem in one try almost every time.

My Husband and I have been using US Tech for years. They have fixed my issues in their usual timely and efficient manner.

I have been with my client PC for years. No complaints. They have been thoroughly professional, diligent, friendly, and always quickly solve my problems. I'm happy to place my trust in them only for the continued health of my computer.

Just a quick suggestion. When asking for the review I would prefer if it was asked a day or so after doing your work so as to have time to find out how well my computer is actually working.

It appears to work OK. There is a learning curb that you will have to get used too. Also be aware of the automatic times the program starts. It will slow down your system considerably.

I have been a long time USTS... they have always been able to resolve any issues I may have... most importantly the cost issue compared to what it would be to have someone from a computer repair service of Geek Squad to come out is exceptional... and with others it would be a one time thing then it would cost me again... with USTS it doesn't matter how many time i call in and i can cover up to 3 computers for one low cost...

Great value using this company. It's great having someone that knows what they're doing to fix my computor issues.

I thought I had two different document folders. I was cleaning one out, deleted a lot of items, after I deleted them I discovered they were deleted out of both document folders. I needed to get them back but had already emptied the trash can. The Tech at My Clean recovered about 50%, thank you.

Tell US Tech Support what you need for your computer, They will protect your ID.
And clean your PC, buy their program, I am new at it today, I am sure USTech will protect my computer for time I paid them for their services.

Appears to be a good service. I am not a computer or soft wear specialist and need assistance to resolve problems.

Some how my home page was changed/ I had it put back and also had the computer cleaned and I puchasted the new software

The tech was easy to understand and fixed the problem. He also explained the reason for the problems that were fixed what probably caused the problems in the first place. Would suggest this service to others.

First tech as hard to understand but after that techs were very fast and took care of problems quickly

I need the protection because of what all i use my computer for like banking and any credit card business i do and for my online ordering and i don't need just anyone knowing my personal information and i think this program is going to work really well in helping me to safeguard my personal info.
