When my hard drive crashed and I had to buy new software to load, I bought downloadable software from RedboxSoftware that promised within 24 hours I would receive the download key. Twenty-five hours later I called to find out what happened and was told they couldn't supply the product I paid for after all--but didn't bother to tell me. Livid, I turned to MyChoiceSoftware, but was so angry at the prior company that I ordered the wrong product. No problem! Compassionate customer service handled an immediate refund, and I purchased the correct product and within 20 minutes my software was loaded. Now I am very relieved and appreciative!

Thank you to Kevin, who helped me with the install of my Microsoft Office software. My computer seemed to have a glitch and he cared enough about my satisfaction to keep a chat open with me until it was installed correctly. Very happy with the software. I spoke with both Kevin and Alex and appreciated the professionalism and friendly help! Highly recommend.

In 2015 I purchased a lifetime license of MS Office 2016 via MyChoiseSoftware and I was pleased with it.

That is until last week that my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall all of the original software (that I paid for.) The only one that could get installed was MS Office 2016. After 20 email back and forth they made me feel like I am a criminal for installing MS Office on thousand of computer.

I contacted Microsoft that told me that it looked like they leased the software and revoked the key. I don't know what scams is that but I purchased a lifetime key so I am expecting a lifetime key.

Downgrading to 1 star (and actually would bring to zero if I could.)

I was hesitant to order software online from a vendor with whom I had no experience. However, after chatting about what to order, ordering, installing, having problems, and speaking with a support person, I must say WOW!. All products can come with hiccups. Good support is a necessary for me to really like a vendor. These guys do it! Excellent skills! They know the products, know the answers and are very clear in instructing the confusee (that would be me). No fooling around, no 'what have you done' - just answer the questions politely and get you up and running. Again, WOW! Oh, and the product arrived within 5 minutes. Price was great, too.

I received my Office 365 code within ten minutes and it activated with Microsoft seamlessly. I was a bit skeptical about the site (maybe it's the website but would buy software from them again.
