It could be downloaded digitally even though it is a Sunday. What I needed was out of stock so I was upgraded from the student to the office version. I was concerned that it had Outlook which I didn't want or need but after communicating online with *******@mychoicesoftware.com, I knew what to do to customize the download. I am so happy with the outcome. I lost sleep over this problem for days and now I'm all set.

I was sent a copy with a region code for (SEA EM) NOT (north America). Microsoft will not Activate it! It is no good to me! The add clamed it was new authentic Microsoft product that was good for 1 seat, but what I got was OEM disk for a Lenovo computer with a region code that is no good in the USA, Microsoft will not Activate it! It is no good to me and cost me over $200!
You charged me for can not be use in this country. It has a why do take my money and send no good software? The office home and business 2013 you charged me for can not be use in this country. It has a region code for (SEA EM) NOT (north America). Microsoft will not Activate it!
Since the purchase was not completed from a local IP address, they called and checked before releasing to purchase to me. Nice work.
The software downloaded, installed and works fine but MS says it is an expired code and will not register it so it will run out in about 20 days.
I ordered a license for Microsoft Access 2010. My order went through and my credit card was charged. When they emailed me the license key they wrote that they were out of stock so they gave me a "complementary" upgrade to MS Office Professional 2010. That might work for most people, but it wouldn't for the client I was ordering for. I asked for a refund and was told there was a 15% restocking fee. I said okay and my money was returned, minus 15%.
A week later * from MyChoice Software emailed me and offered a $10 refund if I came here and wrote a 5 star review. I see all of these 5 star reviews for this company and wonder how many they bought and paid for...

I recently bought a new laptop and want to install Office 2007 as I like this software over other office suites. I found this website and it was the cheapest product anywhere. So I bought digital copy. After 2-3 hours of my order, I received an email with download link and my product activation key and it worked great.

I ordered a license for Windows 10 Home. The follow-up email containing the activation code had a note saying that the company ran out of stock on the Home edition, so they were giving me an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro at no additional cost. Needless to say, this was a most pleasant turn of events. If the store were out of stock on a particular item, I would have expected them to either A) notify me of this and ask how I wanted to proceed or B) simply cancel the order outright and refund my money.
In business, it is common to hear that companies should always look for ways to surprise and delight their customers. MyChoiceSoftware certainly did that in this case, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Initially I was very frustrated because I couldn't get my activation to succeed. I was suspicious that I purchased a bad deal. Once I contacted customer service they helped and we discovered that they had made a typo in the email product key. We're all human and I can accept that things like that happen. I give a 5 star because they were quick to respond and helpful in resolving issues! I would buy from again.
