They said they can help me, but they could not. Once I asked them for a refund they start manipulate with me. The process for them to manipulate to NOT refund your money is the following:
1- They ask you to give them second chance to solve another assignment. Around 5-10 times each time to refund.
2- They refund it to your wallet on the website NOT to your Bank account. Each time you call them they pretend to be stupid by saying " It Is in your wallet", While I keep asking from the very beginning to return to my Bank account.
3- They said it will return within 7-10 days. They will say that for 4-5 Times may be more. Each time after 10 days you call them and they said after 10 days. So the total is 40-50 days instead of the actual 10 days.
4- After you get mad they said to give just 2 days, after 2 days they will say give another 2 days.
5- Now I am waiting since 3 Nov until today 13 Dec. I am waiting I don't know what is the There next step?

I wish they told me from the beginning that they could not take care of the task. I made a mistake by trusting this website to get my assignment done, not only did I miss the deadline because of them, but they also could not get the task done for me at the end. Three times I get messages with excuses on why they cannot do it on time. Third time they told me they cannot do it at all, and they will refund my money to my account so I can use it on future assignments. Attached are some of the messages I received from them. *update: after asking for a refund, they have stopped replying to my messages!

What they do is, ensure for all type of assignments. But I asked them for a simulation file on hybrid grid, they told me to wait for 6 days for the solution. They also asked me do payment of $450 in advance. After 6 days they denied to give the solution as desired. Outputs were not up to the mark. I asked for rework, they did, but again I faced same problem with results, they were not accurate. Then I asked for my money back, but they refused. After so many requests, they only refunded $200. I lost my $250. They are cheaters.! At least if can't complete the assignments, then you should refund the money.

These are scam artists. Bunch of Indians who cant speak English properly. Have terrible grammar and make no sense. Essays are horrific, its like a child writing and not making sense, and they make you spend 20 hours correcting their work, and delay your work, make you miss your deadline and tell you to get your lecturer to extend the deadline, and then give you the same $#*! assignment with no improvements in it. Plus their service is terrible, taking time to answering your questions and always short and repeated answers. Never refunding your money for their $#*! work. Scam artists stay away. Their so called experts can even write in english

DO NOT use this service! I was extremely stressed & busy to be able to do an assignment of mine so i went to them to assist me. I paid $60 for an essay. They gave me an absolute bull$#*! of an excuse essay that was obviously copied & pasted from somewhere, the assignment was all wrong, multiple times they tried "redoing" it but it was still the same. I asked for a refund but they refused. I did not give them any of my personal details (i suggest you dont either) & they said they tried to call me which after reading so many reviews I'm glad they couldn't contact me. They have resorted to threatening me with telling my university about my work being plagiarised (even though i ended up doing the assignment & losing marks for late submission). I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back. $60 goes a long way for a student!

First off, this company is based off somewhere in INDIA, NOT AUSTRALIA or the UK as the website makes you believe it is. I have attached a paypal screenshot that they have provided me to prove it to you. They also said that my order would be $290AUD, and by that means they overcharged me with their % surcharge to cover that. $#*!ing $#*!ed Indian pieces of $#*!s. Here goes the rest of my review detailing this abysmal lot of $#*!wits.

What a way to go losing $300+ on these bunch of scum bags. They will lie about everything to hold onto your money once they get it. After submitting my payment for an order, I wanted to ask for a refund (which I emailed them about, 1 hour after the payment, to which an order number was NOT received yet). However, after emailing them for a refund FOUR times over the span of 8 hours, I still had no response. It was only after I talked to them via their live customer service chat did I receive my order number almost immediately, and then be given "a writer has already started on your order, and as such, we cannot refund it".

However, after discussing with their live chat for about a total of 3-4 hours, demonstrating here and there all over the place about their $#*!TY customer service, did they finally claim they would give me a refund. However, of course, the time they guaranteed for me to receive my money back, was proven wrong and wrong, over and over again. They will not respond to your questions, unless you literally ask the same question about 10 times in a row will they finally respond to it (which will be a lie anyway). The customer service representative clearly does represent the company as who they are, incompetent, ESL, liars.

There is NOTHING legitimate about this business. All nothing but a shady show to snag away your hard earned money. Steer clear.

However, the only saving grace for me is that I paid via paypal. Say hello to buyer protection. You won't be holding onto that money no matter how hard you attempt to, as I have taken around 10+ screenshots showing your lack of customer service and multitude of LIES, that will help my case with attaining the ACTUAL refund which you, as a company, clearly, do not intend, on providing :) Have fun, idiots.

I got 25/100 for my assignment. Firstly it was submitted late. Secondly I got a terrible grade as mentioned. Thirdly, i got logged out of my account and no one is helping me with it despite having to be on chat and email and whatever for a whole week. They will ignore your emails and chat will tell u that they cannot help you. I just want the. M file. I'm not even asking for a refund. I just want to log in for the solution. But no. They will tell u that they cannot help you, or ignore you. I paid $150 btw. For nothing. And I also wasted so much time. I could have gotten an equal or maybe even higher grade doing it on my own. Experts, really?
Also, half the time you're prob talking to a robot. Cos I submitted a random photo in order to open a chat and guess what, I got a quotation for that random photo? I wonder where in that photo had an assignment question that a prof can charge me to do the work? Subsequently I kept getting messages to pay so that they can start on my assignment. Wow. I am really baffled at how this site works.
I am really bad at computing and I thought someone can help me and I might just not fail my assignment but I guess I am worse at making decisions. Do not be like me. Do not trust this site!

It has been over 3 Months and I still have no response.

Last i was told was - "We have escalated your refund request to the concerned departments and you will receive a response within next 10 to 15 business days for sure.

Once we will refund the amount to your wallet, you can use the amount to pay your next assignment. "

Im pretty sure it has been over "10 to 15" business days and there is still no response not even the money in the wallet that they had told me they could return!

The worst as I can get, not even wondered, the cheat me with multiple time price revision, inspite of this I paid them because I need my assignment done. But I got failed and they also refused to refused! Best SCAMMER As I know.

To be honest, this company does not even deserve to have a star.
I pay around $60 for an essay and the agent told me that they will get everything done before 5pm. I could said this is a really a $#*!ed up website/company especially to students who just want to get their assignment done but getting nothing in the end. Do you even know that $60 is my allowance for the week? I decide to trust you with that money because I thought every penny I spent on you guys to get my work done would be worth it. But I am wrong.

Scamming people's money, especially student's money should not be done. You should be shame on yourself based on what you did. We students work in order to support ourselves. I requested them to give me my assignment back even though is partially done but they refuse. So I guess they have not even started with the assignment. Giving reasons like 'Oh our professors need to assure the assignment must be perfect'. At the end I requested for a refund and all they pay back was in store credit? Do they really expect me to come back and seek for help when I already know they can't get my work done in the first place?

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.

I tried to get my money back after they did a poor job, they refused, I then filed a dispute with PayPal.

After that I received a message saying that 'the work' would be published online, and that they would be contacting my university.

I was bullied, threatened and blackmailed to take down the disputes otherwise my university would be contacted.

I know I'm not the only person they have done this to, and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this!

This is a really bad website. They took my money and did not even completed my assignment on time. Really bad service. Instead of giving money back they put it back to website wallet, which useless to me since I will never do any business with them. Pathetic service. Please do not trust them with your moeny. Their experts procrastinate and do not provide results on time. I repeatedly asked them to at least send me part of assignment that is done so I can get something but no the lazy expert did not finish my work on time. Pathetic service.

I wasted $40 to buy an assignment solution from them which turned out of a very poor quality that I could not use any of it. On top of the completely irrelevant content, the report was full or grammatical and spelling mistakes. I requested a refund straight away which they refused. Instead they suggested that I deal with their 'expert' who can help to correct the mistakes. I explained that I did not trust their expert after the quality of work I received. Also they would have to write a completely new report as what they sent me was not suitable. I did not have time to wait for them to completely re-write the assignment with no guarantees that the new work would be of any better quality. When I put the transaction dispute through PayPal some Indian guy called and started to blackmail me that they would have to contact my University if I do not cancel the dispute! Don't make my mistake, avoid AssignmentHelp as all they do is still your money!
