Good foundations for a great business, unfortunately my experience has not been good after providing with the appropriate task outlines i had it sent back numerous (understatement) times unfinished and incorrect did not receive a pass.

If you have a due date i would advise getting it to them before that (if your willing to take the chance of uncertainty)and asking for it at a date before hand to avoid the chase of trying to get them to actually complete fully and correctly.

Overall stressful run around only to be met with the help desk and their unprofessional responses and only to have them ignore any questions in regards to a refund or where to leave feedback.

Their promise to you a High distinction or a refund please do not believe you'd be lucky to even get a response in regards to asking about a refund more likely to be ignored not much for customer service.

Apart from a few issues I really liked the service. All their claims are true, customer services are very responsive, the language and the quality of the assignment are good and I have recommended the service to my friends. One thing I would like to point out that placing the order might seem to be a little confusing at the beginning but once I had understood the process it was no more a problem.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS! They are a bunch of thieves. I paid $26 for an assignment. By the second day I was asked for additional money for an upgrade which I refused. That same day I got another message stating my assignment was completed and was being proof read. I never received this assignment because it was being proof read according to these idiots until the day of submission. It is a shame these people are allowed to get away with scamming people and I know they will continue to get customers as long as there are students like me looking for easy way out.

Run by cheating Indians; is even not worthy Zero rating.

I have to say the service was great until I paid then the service became really bad. Was impossible to speak to someone as the responses were very short and not helpful. My assignment (luckily i only paid half and ask for the draft) was completely wrong and I could see that from the draft as I specifically asked that the questions are started and gave them the structure and the draft was nothing like the structure i offered. Additionally the spelling errors were not university level and now I anyways am stuck doing it myself. They refused to give a refund and as soon as i explained why i should get one suddenly no one responded to the chat. I have to say my experience was really bad and unless they change the way things are run I would not do this ever again on this website.

I have submitted my whole assignment, I got quote for 20$, and I have paid. Then they asked me to pay further 245$ saying I didn't send full requirement. Their so called customer service is disgraceful. I've asked for refund and they asked me to pay extra 5$ to process refund!?!?!
After spending half of the day back and forth with them they replied in very rude manner saying they can refund me 50% because I wasted their time!?!?!
Run away from it
