I had a math assignment that needed to be done in an 8-hour window. Only 5 questions. Around 9 PM an hour after the deadline They still did not have it done. I told them I needed to upload the assignment by midnight. They took this as a deadline extension and still didn't deliver on time, still. At 12:03 they uploaded it. I told them I could no longer upload this assignment since it locks at midnight. They wanted proof and screenshots to show them it was closed. After they failed to come through twice I told them I won't do that and just refund my money. Long story short. STAY AWAY. Currently in a Paypal dispute to get my money back. They refuse to refund me because it was done "on time". Laughable. I keep asking them why they are justifying missed deadlines. Going to every review website to expose this scam artists
I am really very disappointed with this agency, I asked for an assignment on primavera and so far I still haven't received anything. I contacted them to know the progress of my request and just after I received an email telling me that they would need 24 more hours. Before validating my request I spoke with one of their member who assured me that my request would be done the next morning because I needed it as soon as possible. I tried to call to request a refund, he told me it will take 7 days. It only took them a few minutes to withdraw the money from my account. I am desperate, devastated because I really need my final assignment. And now I called back and no one answers me. Customer service is mediocre, I advise you to refer you to another organization if you do not want to live the same experience as me. I strongly not recommend them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I WOULD HAVE PUT NO STARS IF I COULD.

This was a total scam! I was told that a PHD professor will write my paper and that they only have "expert writers". My paper was FULL of grammatical errors, run on sentences, no transition words were used etc. The essay was not even written in proper english. I could have honestly wrote a better letter in 8th grade. I am furious that I wasted $50 on it. When I submitted a request to get the paper revised, it took over a day for it to get worked on. When I viewed the essay, only MINOR changes were made. The paper was still written in bad english and full of errors. I submitted another request with no response for a day. When the "expert" revised the paper again, it was still BAD. This caused me to not be able to submit my paper in time.
