I asked for an assignment to be done. When I got the assignment it only half completed. I had a day left on my timeline to turn in the assignment. I spoke to support chat and they assured me it would be. So I believed them and when the time came around I got nothing. Once it passed the period where I could turn it in, I told them stop the order because I had no need for it anymore. They proceeded to say please take the assignment after I had already told them I had no use for it. I have been talking to the support chat for about 2 weeks already and I have no response on my refund, all they keep saying is it takes time and we will give you an update soon. I have been told that 4 times already. It is ridiculous. I would recommend never to use this website.

This is the first time I have used this kind of service and also the last time. I have paid 70 USD only to receive not even average quality paper. I have asked them 3 times to rewrite it and also spoke to the Customer support to get someone else to re-do the paper, as it was clearly not written by a native English speaker, but without success.

Also, at the beginning I had issues with the payment. They gave me discount and then they wouldn't release my assignment because the system would not recognize the discount, asking me to pay more. Ridiculous. So much headache for nothing.

Waste of money and time. I ended up re-writing the paper myself from scratch. I definitely do not recommend using their service.

Worst ever platform I ever signed in. The platform is a real nuisance and more than dodgy. You check to see how much it could cost, they retain all of your information, force your task to a writer even if you haven't agreed to any payment, and spam you by phone by email everyday! NON STOP This platform is a pure scam STAY AWAY! Even if you ask to remove your information, they say it's impossible, on your profile you cannot remove your personal data, they keep everything and keep busing you day after day. Really STAY AWAY!

I would like to warn everyone who come here looking for assignment help, better turn around and look other options you have. This is definitely not a place. No value for your money and time, Absolutely zero accountability, I paid 218.80 USD and in return I get zero assignments done. There is change in narrative every time I spoke with an agent. No one knows what's going on. They keep you on chat for long time (my personal record is 3 hours) and has no one has answer for anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Utterly disrespectful and irresponsible, I could give negative rating if I am allowed.

My overall experience with My Assignment Help had initially been comfortable. They ask for a 50% advance payment and the balance needs to be paid before you download the solution, which is fair actually. Although I received my essay more than 2 hours before the deadline, I was shocked to find the whole essay including the references were based in Australia while I had clearly mentioned Canada! Furthermore, the so called expert writer was out of context of the essay and it was hence, clearly obvious that he did not understand the task in hand. I had to rewrite most of the essay and was left with a lot of inconvenience and lost time.
It was evident that the essay was clearly not written in accordance to the provided task and description. Moreover, there shouldn't be an issue where I have to find mistakes and inform them. After inquiry with their support team via LiveChat, they did apologize for the matter but further went to justify their expert stating that a revision will take a further 16 hours. In my opinion, I did not get my money's worth. I edited the essay myself and submitted it. They later send me the revised solution after nearly 14 hours from the time of my request. While I tried to take a look, I was literally shocked to find that they had the audacity to charge me an extra 75$ to download the revised solution! This is highly unethical and clearly unprofessional. This is like the following scenario, I place an order for a Big Mac meal and I then get a Chicken burger sandwich! So what I received is completely different from what I ordered and instead of a meal, I get just a sandwich! Then I call them to discuss and they charge me extra for my BigMac! Now you tell me, is this by any means ethical? My Opinion: Go find some other source for your work!
