I'm a frequent visitor here since I discovered what a cool gift canvas prints are. My first canvas I ordered about a year ago and I’m really impressed how good it looks even now. Colors look the same as the first day I received it. I absolutely rely on the quality of my picture products. Definitely suggest trying.

Discounted canvas is quite good for the paid price. I ordered it last week and received within a week. Also, I checked trusted shops before I ordered. Mypicture had both nice prices and reputation
I recently ordered 12x16 canvas with pixel stretch edge option, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the print. It looks great. I think next time I’ll try to order one with scale wrap edges option. I wonder if the result would be as good
I ordered a canvas print from them. While the quality of the printing is good, the canvas was loose and they refused to deal with the matter, even after I sent them images of the problem.
I am very disappointed with My-Picture. I paid for four canvas prints intended as gifts for my family and friends. Everything about the prints was poor quality. Their website says they use linen but what they sent me looks more like plastic than canvas, perhaps a mix of some kind. I paid for deep stretchers but instead they sent me thin stretchers stapled together to look like deep stretchers - except they are not. The print quality is generally poor. They say they offer 'guaranteed gallery style' but in 45 years of going to art galleries I have never seen anything as bad as the work they sent me. I have prints of similar pictures from two other companies whose products are excellent, so I know from experience what canvas prints should be if they are good. I complained to My-Picture and they dismissed it, also saying they do not offer refunds at all regardless of the problems. They also use 'co.uk' on their website and email, but actually are a German company from Cologne. They don't seem to understand what the problem is or don't care perhaps. I have lost money I can't afford to lose and need to have the prints re-made by a good company at my cost. I trusted My-Picture and now I feel very badly let down by them. I have sent details of my complaint to Cologne Chamber of Commerce for their assistance.

I am pleased to say that My-Picture have at last made a full refund on my order. I had almost lost hope after such a long time and so many emails to the company, but they have eventually done the decent thing and I appreciate that. As a word of advice to them I suggest they add a statement on their website offering full refunds to dissatisfield customers, and that they should resolve any issues much more quickly in future. That will greatly help to build customer confidence.
Happy with the service. For a second I was worried if the shipping is safe, but the canvas arrived well. Furthermore, it is very good quality. Satisfied, thank you!
I have received two framed canvas prints taken from portraits, they both have horizontal fault lines running through them. They were a christmas pressie for my parents. I had to dash round last minute to get a replacement done. I've tried getting my money back with no luck.The company say to re-order, but don't make the payment (so i can e-mail the order number) as far as i'm aware i can't get an order number unless a payment is made. TOTAL RIP OFF, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Canvas looks impressive. As long as I have heard from different people who had a deal with my picture, is that the service has improved. I can't tell much about the customer service but the canvas quality is impressive
I'm customer of my picture service since last year and this is my third purchase. Maybe I'm quite lucky person, but all ordered canvases are in good quality. The delivery can take up to 5 days, but that's ok for me. Personally I'm satisfied with this service.
