Very quick and great quality picture. I was worried as other places said the picture was of too poor quality to print but it was perfect and delivered quickly. Highly recommend!

I have ordered 2 canvas prints from My-Picture and both have been excellent quality ( despite being taken on mobile phone!). Ordering was easy even for this non- techy and I will definitely purchase more prints in the future.

Easy to order from the website, prompt delivery, well packed, good product, very pleased with our photo on canvas and it looks really good in the newly decorated bedroom. Good value too.

Very efficient, easy to select your picture, frame it and place the order. One hiccup with the auto recognition of UK postcodes on one order ended up with an incomplete address but the other orders went real smooth. I have recommended the company to many others, it is good and reasonably priced.

Our order was placed and within 2 days we had received our picture. It was extremely well packaged and such a fast delivery. The quality of the picture is brilliant and the canvas came mounted on the frame - can't fault this service at all.

Ordered 3 canvases for my son's 50th birthday. I found the site very confusing, but placed the order and it cost £81' I was horrified when they turned up! His wedding picture was stuck down in the corner of a large canvas with the bottom overlapping the edge. The landscape one was stuck in the middle of the canvas with one edge wrapped and just plain white canvas top and bottom. The third was just as bad.
I contacted them immediately but it took days for them to respond, and they asked us to take pics of them, which we did and sent 3times, all of which they said they didn't receive! Each time it was 4-5 days in replying. When I asked for refund I was told they were not bound by British laws, only German, so no refund. They offered to do one print as a "goodwill gesture"! Lesson learnt... buy British! Don't touch these people
