My spy will automatically charge your credit card even though your account is disabled or non active for long a long time.
They will insist on your account being enable on automatic renewal even if it's not.
They will hassle with you and come up with refund policy even though they charge you without your consent.

I've contacted them many times. Location accuracy is poor. This weekend the phone never left the house, but the app said it was over a half mile away so many times. Sometimes it doesn't update the location for 8 hours, despite the phone being outside and in an unobstructed area some of that time. It updates messages after 6 or more hours, even though the phone has full service 24 hours a day and it's set for 15 minutes. Same with phone calls. When you ask for help you get the same canned responses. Check for this, change this, uninstall and reinstall the app. If it were a free app I could understand but it's expensive, too expensive to not work even somewhat right. Attached picture shows how far away the app says the phone is, when it literally hasn't moved all day

Fraud and crooks

Worst online company ever

This website is a complete joke. My credit card was hacked and 3 separate charges of $83.99 was charged to my account. I got in touch with them and they basically told me too bad because of their refund policy. I would recommend TO NEVER USE THIS APP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to put something or it wouldn't let me post this!

It's a big lie

That simply doesn't work on iOS. When you realize the kind of service you bought, it's so late. Asking for a refund is ridiculous. Your money is already lost. The customer service will manipulate any reason you have for your refund request and say that violates their refund policy. Looking at the refund policy it's a joke. Basically it says UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE REFUND YOU
