I downloaded the app and it did not work on my phone or my daughters. I asked for a refund the same day and had to sent countless emails and in the end they told me I couldn't get my money back. Total rip off. Their customer service sucks. Do not buy this service. It's expensive, doesn't work properly and you won't get your money back.

I have so far found the signing up process very misleading. Mspy doesn't give you access to their services until funds have cleared in their account. I spoke to customer service, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. I've been told to wait 24 hours until the merchant accepts payment.
Hoping the app is as good as it sounds and I can update my review tomorrow.

You are not an honest company

I do not recommend dealing with them! I dealt with them and paid a full year's subscription and did not get good service. They ask me to reinstall twice after the data transmission was interrupted due to technical problems through them. When I requested a refund according to the policies, my subscription was due for 14 days according to the policies, and my correspondence was ignored. I tried to write to them for a whole week and 4 complaints, and finally they responded to me on the eighth day by reinstalling it for the third time, and I did not see any real help from them, and now I want to get my money back and I do not know how, and they do not want to return my money to me, and they have no integrity at all.

They will tactically use another website to make you feel it's easy to get the information you need by just imputing a phone number, please don't fall for it.
They also will recommend another platform like scannero which never works.
After all of this, they will argue with you using their refund policies and not refund you.
They are corporate scammers, please beware!

The app is not working like they say. I have buyed the full access extreme plan with all features and in the app have banners to buy features that I've already pay. Definetly NOT RECOMMENDED! They don't refund my money.

I have had a very, very Bad experience with this company. Before buuying it I specifically asked if it works on Iphone 14 and I've been told that it does monitor this kind of phone, it monitors Whatsapp, Instagram and Snapchat. So, I payed almost 200 euros to monitor Iphone 14 in order to keep my child safe. But it did not work after installing the app, it does not monitor Whatsapp, there was no Snapchat, no Instagram in the menu. I got in contact with a person from customer support and I was told that it does not work without jailbreak and I was asked to pay more than 500 euros to get this kind of service. Of course I did not agree and I asked for at least 80% of what I payed back. This situation occured about 1 week after I made the payment fot this so-called app. I have given them 10 days to refund at least 80% back but 2 weeks later no answer about it. I have print screens with conversations to them for those who do not believe it. DO NOT BUY this so-called spy app, it doesn't work.

This company is a scam. They don't even deserve one star.
They continued to bill me every few minutes until they finally hit on a number that was available in my account, and i locked my card!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST BARRY!

My lawyer says I am in compliance with their refund agreement, even tho they won't return a phone call or email. Let's see if they can ignore a subpoena.
I wish they'd all get food poisoning.
But for serious. I recorded all my phone calls including the initial one with Barry. Who lied and stole from my family.
FRAUDS! THIEVES! LIARS!

They don't care about you or your children's safety. They are a greedy lying demon.

Waste of money/ scammer!

Downloaded the app after checking on the website that it would meet our criteria- to check social media and messages on an IPhone.
Immediately after downloading and installing it was clear that this was not the case. Neither social media or Messages can be seen on IPhone. After contacting the chat function we were told my request for refund due to being mis-sold a product which could not do as the website states, we were told the request would be sent to the billing department.
6 weeks later and after many emails we have been continually told we are unable to have a refund as it should be clear what the product offers.
The website states 14 days refund which has been completely untrue.
Customer services have been unhelpful, and the app is misleading. A complete waste of money

Refund denied

I purchased premium for a year, including mAssistance package (another 46$), however their software didn't worked on a stock Samsung phone. I've made a refund claim within the trial period, but they kept refusing blaming the device. I've had they specialists installing remotely the software 3 times, still not working. I am fighting with billing department for 2 months already, my refund rights are ignored.
I've tested 2 other similar software, worked flawless, so is not the device.
Worse, their technical "assistance" is never available, you have to wait weeks or months to get real help.

Important, part of their scamming: when you purchase, the extra package for mAssistance is selected automatically, and is not easy to cancel. Many users ended up buying something they don't want or cant use.

SCAM ALERT

Completely scam. I purchased lifetime subscription from stacksocial but never received login details after activation. Chat support never reply, support, sales or billing emails don't reply. All given phonec numbers don't reply. No response whatever they have fake 5 star reviews from fake accounts.
