Awful company. It's basically a scam. The discounts you see are lies. The adverts and FAQs are lies. Their website even lies about their review score from sitejabber. Hidden fees everywhere, took the money immediately and was 3 times the amount at the start. They don't tell you about the no refund policy. The have a billing support team and refund form but their refund policy basically writes everything out as a legitimate reason except if the service doesn't work and they can't fix it - but having read some other reviews, even then they don't give a refund or a token refund. It's a disgusting company that needs to be looked into by authorities and ombudsman's for lying to customers.
We are genuinely impressed with this cutting-edge technology! It has become an indispensable tool for me, allowing me to track the whereabouts of my loved ones and ensuring their safety at all times.
The payment page glitched and I ended up being charged twice. When I contacted for a refund for ONE of the charges (not a full refund) I was told that it didn't fall within their refund policy and I would not be getting a refund. The app itself is very unimpressive - takes multiple times trying to get things to sync properly, doesn't actually sync location every 5 minutes as it claims (more like every 3 hours). Customer service and function get 0 stars. The fact that I currently have two concurrent subscriptions and they can't possibly help me is such a joke.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Very misleading on what they offer. I was under the impression once I purchased the premium subscription(160$) I would have complete access to the target phone (text, apps, etc) that is not the case. Unless you jailbreak the phone or get the Ultimate package ($330) you do not have access to those things. Also the App is not compatible with IPhone. Now I am stuck with this for a year. Very disappointed! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
It's a SCAM. I wanted a product that safeguarded my child's phone and laptop but got carried away with all the potential safeguarding fixes that the company promises in their promo's. But it's a SCAM because it is more or less an AI customer service that doesn't actually provide real time as you would expect technical support. I purchased this on 4 Sep and the next day (without installing) requested a refund. I tried to follow the instruction process but there appeared be glitches, tried over 24 hr period to get real support but realised there is none. I have emailed numerous times since, no response. This refund is just under £200. Can't really say how the product is but the customer service is nonexistent. Don't take the risk of giving your monies away on this. Just frustrated I fell for it, once you start looking at the reviews you realise there is a real issue.

Was assured it would be able to monitor texts on iphone via icloud install. Nope! Chatted with tech support and was told need to upgrade to Ultimate package to work. $230 later nothing changed. Started new chat with another tech, they indicate that was not possible, and i could monitor with a jail break install on the same wifi, completely different than prior tech. Asked for refund - no luck only that the could freeze my auto renewal...of a product that didn't work. Was hoping american express could help with disputing the charge, but no luck there. Do not waste any money on this product. All they will do is try to upsell service, charge every step of the way. This was an absolute waste of time and money

I was on Mspy app and was debating to get the service so it was going to try it for one month for $11. My card was charged $70 twice. This business is a fraud that steals more money than they say they're taking and then totally ignores the customer. They don't care about customer support they care Stealing your money, even though you don't want their service

This software is not simple like they lead to believe. It glitches a lot, doesn't work. I had to try several things like download of the software to every step of the set up, over and, over again. And in the end it said system error. At that point who has time to sit there with someone phone for an hour? If it wasn't supposed to be a secret I'd just grab the phone and check it. Takes less time. Really awful, I asked for my money back and they refused. Absolutely don't recommend.

BE CATIOUS THEY'RE A SCAM!
They said it will be $11.99 for a month they charge my card $12.99 the charge my card additional $139 that was unauthorized, I immediately tried to dispute the charge and never access the service but I'm still stuck $139 for a service that has never been activated so please careful they're full of hidden fees

I purchased an Mspy subscription on July 19,2024, hoping to utilize its features effectively. Unfortunately, the app has not worked as advertised, and I have faced numerous issues with its installation on the target phone.
Despite contacting customer support multiple times and requesting assistance, I have not received any meaningful help or resolution. I also requested a refund on the same day of my purchase, but my request has been ignored.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and responsiveness from Mspy. I strongly urge the company to address my issue and process my refund immediately.

Don't use this site. They will not accept that their product doesn't work. All the features do not work and they charge you double and will not refund you. Had such a bad experience. I get that business need money but this is by far the worst website I've ever seen. They would not refund me my duplicate charge nor my actual charge because of a failed product.

After several attempts, the service does not work again. The resignation from the service is incomprehensible. I do not even know when I agreed to some additional help paid monthly. Wanting to use it, I could not, the system says that the number is incorrect. If not, I do not recommend.

I wasn't sure about mSpy initially, but it has exceeded my expectations. We use it to monitor company devices, and it ensures employees stay productive. The app is discreet, and the reporting features are detailed. Customer support helped me through the setup process, and they've been great ever since. Worth the investment.
Great for young kids! I've been using mSpy to manage screen time and keep an eye on my kids' online activities. Not sure if I'll continue as they grow more independent, but for now, it's a real lifesaver. I can set daily limits on device use, block specific apps or sites, and get alerts if they try accessing inappropriate content or chat with strangers online.
MSpy has tons of cool features, but my favorite has to be the keylogger. I thought it recorded deleted messages that were sent but then deleted or unsent. So, I got a bit confused when I saw message fragments in the reports. Thought it was a bug. After reading all of them, I realized that those were the messages that were typed but not sent.
You can always check deleted messages if you download a backup and recover them, but only mSpy can show you unsent texts. A solid 10/10 for the keylogger!
MSpy doesn't flag random words like some other apps do. I had to add certain keywords and websites to the filter list, but it was worth it. It blocks those sites and shoots me an alert when there's an attempt to access them. Sure, it takes some effort, but from what I've seen, it's the real deal for keeping my kids safe online. Other apps rely on the system's content filter, which can sometimes "miss" things.
We tried Family Link and then Qustodio, but our kids managed to disable them every time. Gave mSpy a shot, and have to say, I'm impressed. The app is totally hidden on their devices, and they can't figure out how to disable it. Even when they use VPNs, I see everything on the mSpy dashboard.
Tried out the mSpy demo. The interface wasn't super amazing, but it was decent. Just a basic, clean design that totally made sense. Then checked out the "Compatibility" section and stumbled upon the mSpy Extreme. This "extreme" version had all the cool features I actually needed. Been using it ever since and haven't looked back.
MSpy monitors activity, but for my remote team, it's a productivity goldmine. We installed it (with everyone's knowledge, of course) to see where our time went. Customer calls were eating up hours! We revamped our support system, added a live chat option, and even hired some chat specialists. Now, calls are way down, and everyone's crushing their goals.
