We are satisfied with the service.

We purchased 5 items back in June, and all the process was excellent. Customer has some doubts about purchasing Fanuc remanufactured items, but with all the information provided by MRO Electric they were able to get all the permissions to import the items to their country. Shopping experience was excellent.

MRO had the Fanuc we needed at the best price we could find. It was on the shelf, tested, and shipped within a day. Once received we were able to get our equipment back up and running. I would do business with MRO again in a heart beat.

Excellent service. The product we bought work perfectly and the shipment delay MRO gave us was well respected. It was our first time buying from them and we will contact them again for sure.

We sent an item in for repair with MRO Electric. Joe K. Was very responsive. The repair was
Completed in a timely manner. The pricing was better than a competitor's, that we had
Used in the past. We will definitely use MRO again in the future!

Asked for a price quote on PLC cards, received a quote later that same day with option of either new PLC cards or rebuilt with the prices for each. Ordered the rebuilt cards and standard delivery and received cards within three days. Installed cards and have had no issues.

At first it was 50/50 kind of experience before going into the process but after the process started and the
Goods did materialized with the delivery as promise, I would rate the current experience as 100% okay.

We have since purchase additional items.

I would continue to use the service and support given.
