Called in to get a repair quote and spoke with Charlie, he was very knowledgeable about the drive we were looking to have repaired and quoted a fair price. We shipped the Fanuc drive in and MRO had it done sooner than their 3-5 day quoted turnaround time. We have several other drives we will now be sending in for repair to have spares on the shelf.
