An efficient and easy process picking up and returning the trailer. Trailer was in excellent working condition. Highly recommended! Happy to use again!
Trailer was in good condition, and the staff were easy to get on with. The location was near to where I wanted to be. I will be using them again when required.
The only issue was the machine location as it is a moneygram machine no signage for move yourself had to ask attendant but was only issue.

The lights didn't work properly
The left wheel rim is buckled, meaning the trailer wobbles when towed. In moving China and glass this meant items were damage, despite being secured properly
Good process, booked online, picked up from 7-11, easy system. Bit expensive for a cheap 6x4 trailer. Did the job but I would probably use more often if it were better value for money.
Hiring was easy over the internet and so cheap!
Picked up trailer from petrol station with no worries and the service attendant even gave me extra bits that I needed like the d-shackle and plugs:)

No problems, very happy. A straightforward trailer hire, and we upgraded to a larger one, which was no problem.
Total experience quite good but the older person not familiar with screen purchase can find anxious.
The trailer hired was overpriced for what it was. The quality of the trailer was poor and bordering on unsafe. The payload of the trailer was inadequate and this was not clearly communicated when hiring. The service station was originally unable to locate an appropriate cable for the trailer. The service station closed at 8pm meaning the trailer was unable to be returned when the job was complete and had to be stored overnight. The service station did not allow me to keep the padlock and key in order for me to return the trailer after closing. All in all pretty poor and its doubtful I would ever use again or recommend that anyone else does.
On line booking system locked up on me and needed to phone (this was after hours - fortunately someone answered and resolved this immediately)
No problem with gear
Everything was generally fine, however I was a frustrated that I had to clean rubbish out of the trailer. Also, the automated process at the servo is a bit clunky.
Easy to order and pay. I use them every time I need a trailer.
I made an order online but was mistake about the date, called support and they resolved issue for me, thanks.
There MUST be warnings that you 1) do not provide ANY straps to secure the vehicle on the platform 2) your platform will NOT accommodate any modern vehicle as the ramps are short and platform sits tall. 3) OTR staff knows nothing.
On two different occasions I hired a trailer. First time I hired it, 20 mins into use my brake fuse blew. I was not sure if it was the trailer or not so gave it the benefit of the dought. The second time the fuse blew as soon as I turned on the ignition after the trailer was connected. Contacted the management and they stated that nothing was wrong with the trailer. 18 mth old car, taken back to manufacturer for repairs who stated it was the fault of the trailers faulty brake wiring. Move yourself refuse to except responsibility in any way.
