I had some problems with a previous order, but it was handled quickly and professionally by the customer service staff. I have to take some of the blame, since I neglected to keep in mind that they are called "Motorcycle Closeouts" for a reason;... they sell overstocked, discontinued and otherwise less than 100% perfect showroom stock stuff, at a big discount. For example, the Shoei helmet I bought from them was a couple of years older than a brand new one, and the box was slightly damaged, though the helmet was perfect. But I saved around $120, so who cares about some damaged cardboard?
UPDATE: I bought a second helmet from them a few weeks later, and again, everything about the transaction was excellent. I spoke with one of their customer service people a couple of times, and they wanted to make sure everything arrived in good condition. Really great service!
Second order in less than 30 days I'll keep shopping here

My order arrived within a couple days! The pants were well made and had all of the features listed. Unfortunately, they didn't fit like I wanted. I need pants that will fit at my waist and these were lower than that so I had to send them back. Returning them was easy. They were not refunded 100% and I had to pay shipping, but I was ok with that.

My only gripe I placed two separate orders, but left together totaling over 150 for free shipping. It technically qualifies for for free shipping however wasn't given that option for both items just one.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
