Very happy with my first purchase. Prices are good, shipping was fast and product quality was excellent. I will be a return customer!
The only issue I had was with Google filling in the blanks on the order info section. There was a glitch with the website that prevented the day and night numbers from being completed so it rapidly cycled through them and wouldn't let me input a password so I had to go back and manually enter all of my info.

Always the best price on quality gear - replaced a 10 year old purchase. Cheap enough for me to have it re-shipped to Australia from my US address.
The Helmet came in 2 days late and it showed delivered on the tracking when it was Not delivered. The bottom cushion on the outside has clear damage. I did not complaint because it was a good deal but it's not right to send damaged product.

She knew her standard size but was dissapointted to learn of the product not fitting again! This time my order had better fit her because Im out of options!
No Im not happy with your webbsite, service, or principals! The only thing that I've been trying to find for her is a genuine leather back brace that will help her for her work...
Its sad though that the only one which might possibly fit and is US made had to come from your website...

Wish I'd found your website earlier
I was able to easily go through your site and the prices are great, I was actually referred here by the sales associate at the Motorcycle shop where we bought my bike! I actually changed the color of the helmet after ordering and I fully expected not being able to have it done but I sent the owner an email and he was able to switch it out, that's great customer service to the fullest! Thank you again, he loved it and I will probably buy my helmet here too.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
