What I was looking under the budget I had set to spend.
Great prices on non current but quality products. The Insane Deals and other programs where they offer even better prices are awesome.
They are over cautious with orders even after the order is fully paid; they send an email and ask you to call them to confirm the order. They only take Online Web Orders no phone orders. I found it unusual I had to call to confirm the order and all the order details. I presume they may have been stung with a fraudulent order in the past so they are being very cautious with each order.
They were very polite when I called them.
I will buy from Motorcyclecloseouts.com again if they have something I am looking for. I do check their Web Site often and watch for their Insanity deals.

Costumer service was extremely helpful. It is nice to actually speak with an individual who cares when I called. She helped me with my issue then called after I sent my order to verify my order. I will order from them every time I need their products! Finally a company that truly cares.

Had a return because my son for whom I bought the pants had gained 25 pounds as a freshman in college. No problem. Still had a larger size so I was able to get them for the same price and free shipping. I bought another jacket, pants and gloves and they are fine.

Do not appreciate or understand need for restocking fee if return is needed. No one buys stuff just to return it.
This is Follow-up. The Jacket is a gift and would prefer to not give it at this time, but since we must check for size. Given 30 day return, that is not possible.
Price was great, quality is hard to tell at this point. Thought Jacket would be a bit lighter for summer riding, but overall seems pretty good. Won't return unless fit is an issue.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
