An observation, if you will: The return shipping costs are onerous. For some of the deeply discounted products, it still makes sense. But some of the items you carry can be had at Revzilla or other vendors at a competitive price without having to pay $25 return shipping if they don't fit.

I didn't know where best to post this compliment, but I will leave it to you to suggest the best place to do so. I was searching the internet for a leather road race suit. Your site had a name brand in the size and color I wanted. To my surprise, it was priced hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. In addition, you had a combo offer for the boots, which saved me another $50-100. I bought a back protector, as well, also, same name brand. Before I checked out, I ran a check, just to be sure your company was legit. A very few posts had complained, mostly about returns or shipping times. I took a chance and sent the order. Your customer service promptly sent me two emails, requesting further information, I responded, then called, reaching a lady who said she was about to call me. The request was to confirm my shipping address, as she wanted to make sure my order was going to the right place, and someone would be present to receive it. Three business days later, the box arrived. It was packaged well, and had all three products, exactly as described and as ordered. Your sizing chart was spot on and everything fit well. I am very pleased with the prompt service, attention to detail, and concern that was shown on following up on my order. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved. I know quite a number of riders that will appreciate doing business with your company, and saving money doing so. Complaints about a company are sometimes justified, but compliments for excellence should be just as important to convey properly. Great job!

I had ordered a AXO Talon leather suit and it was to small so I returned it for store credit as stated on the site. I had a race coming up that week so I followed the tracking and when the suit was delivered back to Motorcycle Closeouts I called to see if the could get a rush on the store credit so I could order a new size and get it by that weekend. Customer service was more than happy to help me out and I received the suit Friday and raced that weekend. Thanks to all involved. Rick

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
