Website very slow. Had to try 3 times to buy jacket. Also, the day after I purchased my jacket, I noticed that you were no offering the matching pants for approx. $59 if purchased together with the jacket. I sent an e-mail to your company asking if I could purchase the pants for the additional $59 it would have cost me had I purchased the two together the day after I bought my jacket. It is now about 2-3 weeks later and I have yet to receive a response.

Good prices, boots suck
Paid with credit card, was denied, so I checked out with pay pal using the same card, order went thru, was happy. Denied order was processed anyways so was charged twice for 1 pair of boots. They said it was a"hold" just to check for funds before shipping my order. If you denied my card, why put a "hold" on my account which messed it up for a week! Not satisfied and I'm sure I'm not the only person to be charged twice for products from you. Update your check out process and utilities and wait for a cleared payment before shipping, don't put "holds" and you will get better ratings. Happy with product, shipping time was decent, price was comparable with competitors not including shipping. You can get the same boots I got from here for same price free shipping on other bidding sites. Do your research! Save yourself $10.+ I guess this web store is convenient. Not worth the 10 in shipping to use but hey I have cool new boots and I am out riding.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
