Merchandise was of good quality, prices were ok, but a bit higher than local merchants. Sizing charts weren't accurate for the item we purchased. Returned several days ago. Didn't pay attention to return policy, and will end up losing $25.00 upon returning item. If purchasing from you again, probably won't buy clothing. Would have to be certain item I ordered would not need to be returned, is to costly.

Overall a great experience, but I paid a premium for shipping that should have been regular. Charging a customer to ship an order the next business day is foolish.
This is the most unprofessional online store ever. I've been riding for 21 years and bought thousand of dollars in motorcycle gear and I never had such a bad experience. I ordered an AGV helmet size L. All my helmets are L including 2 AGV I had in the past. This particular model fits small so the L wont fit me. I contacted the customer service to exchange for an XL but they say it's out of stock for the next 5 weeks, so I asked for refund and they said for refund they charge 10% fee. I tried to explain that I just wanted the right size and they could not provide me, they didn't care either I wait 5 weeks or loose 10%. Do yourself a favor and buy from better stores such as Revzilla and Motorcycle Superstore
Fast shipping and easy shipping. Good price but quality of the product wasn't what I was expecting.
Reasonable price, quality is high, but battery was dead (wouldn't even hold a charge). Sent wrong replacement part. Still waiting for right one...its June 26th now and still can't use my Father's Day gift. That being said, they have been very kind, understanding and pleasant as we work through the issue.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current model...

Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all.
