Could not find info on return policies
The riding shoes I purchased were size 12, which is usually OK for me. However, I found that I needed a size 13 (the shoe may run a bit 'small'?). I had no chance to exchange for the 13, although at the time I noted my desire the website still showed a size 13 in your inventory. Apparently the site is somewhat out of date relative to reality. In the end, I was refunded an amount to my credit card account but had to pay postage both ways, even though the shoe didn't fit. This isn't good customer relations policy and will make me think 'hard' before ordering anything else from motorcyclecloseouts.com.

Order was received faster than anticipated. Items were correct size and color and arrived in brand new condition. Items are Free from defects and not blemished. Sizing runs just a tad small so if you are between sizes choose the larger. My son is on the border of a Med-Large in most articles of clothing. I got him a large and the fit is very good.
I have to return my order because it doesn't fit. I'm not happy that you will keep 25$ of my money.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current model...
