The worst customer service award!

This place is terrible when it comes to shipping in a timely manner. I placed three orders. Each took 2-3 days to ship and over two weeks to reach me in Colorado. The third order I placed on the 10th of October. Not only have I still not received that order 11 days later, part of it hasn't even shipped yet after 11 days! The customer support does not respond in a timely manner, it's about a week turn around and they simply blow me off. Nothing but problems. I'll shop elsewhere. Pink Blush Maternity has beautiful clothing and great sales with excellent customer service!

Poor customer service
September 17, 2021

I placed my first order on 9/3. Today is 9/16. According to Fed Ex the company uses USPS. I can't figure out how to track the package. I should be ashamed to admit that I placed a second order but I did. I entered the correct shipping address but their system used the billing address as the shipping address. I immediately contacted them when I saw the address flip. They claimed their system is automated and they couldn't change it. It was a matter of minutes! I just hope the product eventually arrives and is halfway good. I should have read this site…….

Their policies, such as return and cancellation are archaic. $10 restocking fee? Seriously?! And when some if their sale items didn't ring in correctly, they refused to fix the error because I had used a coupon. Why should that impact a sale? So, don't let the coupon apply to the sale, fine, but still honor your sale. Then, after applying their email coupon, they auto prompted me to use the idme coupon. They only allow one coupon to be applied and took the lesser of the two. NONE of this was warned about! Their customer service was terrible! After 30+ minutes on hold nothing had been resolved. Do NOT purchase from this company. They're clearly not doing well since they had to close all their retail stores and can't even afford to pay for returns.

Good Experience

I was concerned about ordering from this dealer after seeing the negative reviews. But I am so glad I did. Shipping was a little slower than desired. (Fedex is crappy). But the products were received as ordered, sizing was spot on, and were of good quality. I ordered multiple clothing items from overalls, pants and tops. My daughter-in-law also placed an order... Same- very good experience. No complaints here.

Don't waste your time

I ordered shorts and it took two weeks to arrive. I asked customer service where the order was and they apologized and said they were refunding shipping. They never actually refunded the shipping to my account and tried to blame my bank. Which my bank said they never did anything. The shorts I ordered were destroyed in the wash after one wash on cold/delicate. The company said that's just the style. But there was a hem before washing and it was destroyed and looked completely different after washing. The company issued a gift card to cover the damage and then revoked the gift card and said it was the style. I wouldn't waste your money with this company.

Purchased pumping bras and within 2 months had a huge rip on one side. When I reached out to the company they wanted pictures which I supplied and then they only offered me 20% on my next order what a bunch of crazy! Awful customer service especially for new moms going through the struggles of motherhood already. Will not buy from them again.

Be aware if you order online! They don't give you the full amount of the money that you pay. They charge you $9.95 for the return. It's just crazy! The sizes are not accurate at all.

Return gone wrong

Bought a dozen peices of clothing, promptly shipped back a handful that didn't fit following the return instructions on the website and never received a refund or confirmation. When I opened a paypal incident the seller closed the ticket and I never heard back. Such a bummer because they have a great selection and I would love to keep shopping with them but I can't stand by bad business behavior.

I bought clothes online and didn't receive them yet. Every time I contact them, it is just says excuses and no resolution. They don't take any action to support the request. It's a complete shame. I'm so frustrated.

I made a order online and when I got email confirmation I noticed all the sizes I clicked weren't the right ones. Order was made at 5:52 pm and I sent a email by 6:18pm and also sent a customer response online. I then called the 1-800 number and spoke to the customer representative to see if I could change the sizes or I wanted to cancel my order. She said that wouldn't be possible and I would have to wait to receive the shipment and then pay the postage to have it returned! This is absolutely ridiculous she couldn't fix my order or have it canceled. I will never deal with this company again!

Just as the other reviews say, it takes forever for the products to arrive (over 2 weeks since they "shipped it"), the customer service is dismissive and unreliable (does not address your concerns), you have to pay for your return shipping, and the quality is cheap. I would not recommend.

Shipping RIP off

DON'T PAY EXTRA SHIPPING:
I paid extra money for express shipping to ensure that my daughter would receive her items the next business day... it's 2 days later and she still hasn't received. I called CSR who informed me that in order for her to receive next day, order needed to bed placed by certain time. This information was not present to me when ordering. They just said "sorry you are upset"...
My response: sorry that you won't receive any more of my business!

Their products suck, I ordered a baby shower dress and it was paper thin and see through. Couldn't be work and the company would not issue a return instead they charge you to return the item, I would have gotten less than 1/2 back to return the dress. No one can wear it, It's the worst piece of crap I have ever seen, literally the texture of paper. NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from this company. HORRIBLE! NO WHERE and I MEAN NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THIS IS THEIR RETURN POLICY WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THEM.

Very disapointed in their customer service! They reimboursed me only a part of the amount they owe me when everything has been shipped back to them. They told me they do not reimbourse taxes? What kind of company only reimbourse the ticketed price without the taxes. Also they are arguing that the items were on sale so that is why they won't reimbourse the amount I paid for (I have a receipt of my purchase but that didn't change anything). I had to exchange several emails and this is what they kept repeating. Very frustrating. I will never buy from them again and will also tell all my friends and family about this experience.

They made me pay almost 20 dollars shipping cuz I wanted to change the size of my pants. I even called them 15 minutes after making the order telling them I need to change the size and they said I have to return it back. Every time I talk with them they tell me a new policy that requires me to pay more and more money. They are the worst.

I ordered a pair of maternity leggings and needed a smaller size. You cannot exchange any order then they charge $10 to return your order. On top of that then you have to place a brand new order of you need another size and pay full cost! They suck!
