If it's from their own site, expect fair to excellent quality.
From a partnership program, expect it to be either rebuilt/refurbished, last of the stock that did not sell or out of date stock leftovers
I recently had my first purchase with Morning save. Unfortunately there was a malfunction with the product; however I emailed the customer service dept & they immediately took care of the issue. Great customer service experience. Definitely recommend.
I ordered 3 items, never received any of my purchases, no contact from customer service. This site has great deals but what good are the deals if you put your money out and never receive the products? I put in three separate claims and no human could call me regarding my orders, I feel like this site is a scam!
The product I received was defective. Manufacturer/ dealer would not return my calls.

I ordered these headphones for my daughter in law, she loved them when they arrived. Unfortunately they wouldn't charge. Sent an email to Morning Save, next day they replied back apologizing and they were sending a new pair and there was no need to send the defective pair back. Bought a smart watch that wouldn't stay hooked up to my phone. Company was out of business. Emailed morningsave, they immediately returned money, let me keep the watch
Products aren't as described and customer service is not friendly or helpful. Once you make a purchase you're stuck with it regardless.

Contacted company to let them know I received a duvet cover instead of sheets. They checked into my order and found out it was not my error. Chad reordered the correct item. I was willing to send back incorrect item. I was told to keep it and since it matched my sheets that I ordered it was fine. Thank you Chad.

Ordered a blender worked twice, no phone number only e-mail sending me to another completely different company... RIP OFF
If it’s the Blender manufacturer I think it is, they have world class support, but we’re happy to back that up if you’d prefer a return/refund from us. True, only via email though.
Explained to MorningSave that item just quit working after about 3 weeks and they immediately replaced. Excellent help from Chad.
I have been corresponding with a person named Patrick for approximately 2 weeks just to return a duvet that was erroneously shipped to me. I ordered queen sheets and to return the item it was requested that I unpackage the item to assure that the item that I received was a mistake. This item is packaged compactly and
I am sure it will not be able to be returned to the shape. The package is clearly labeled as to the contents. I am hesitant to make additional purchases from Morningsave. This has NOT been a good experience.
