I ordered a moonstone with gold clasp, I wore it everyday but unfortunately it broke, I lost some beads as well, I didn't know what to do since I am in the UK so I emailed for advice, they were absolutely fantastic and gave me a replacement for free, I am so happy to have a new one to cherish for longer, thanks again

I was so happy when I received my order. The packaging is so cute and fancy at the same time. The rings and earrings were everything I had expected and maybe even more. I am a "Moostone" lover, and it shows that the stones were carefully chosen. The brightness and blue glow of the stones blow my mind every time I wear them or look at them. My boyfriend had ordered me a ring and I loved it it's very pretty but one of the small stones had came out within less than a week of me having it. So he contacted the company they said to pick out another ring I really didn't want to pick out the same ring but I should have because the ring I picked out I'm not really happy with and I wasn't sure if I could send it back or not so I still wear the ring that has the stone missing because I really like that one. If if there's some way I could return the second ring that they sent and just get another one like the original one that would be great and I would be super happy about that.

Unfortunately a ring of mine, which was a gift, had broken after a short time wearing it. I contacted Moon Magic to see what could be done. Unfortunately, but understandably it came under wear and tear but Inna, who I spoke to, was absolutely amazing and really helped me out during a super stressful time. They understood that it wasn't JUST a ring, it was sentimental, they went above and beyond to make sure they could do as much as they could to help & was always really quick with responses. Purchased some earrings and after 5 months the stones fell out of the setting. Contacted moon magic who said it was outside their warranty even though they offer a 2 year warranty across the entire range. All they offered me was a 20% voucher to be spent within 3 months. Avoid this company at all costs. Their warranty means nothing and they don't care about their customers at all

Terrible quality for the price. The hoop and stone feels incredibly cheap. This product is $55 but it looks like it would be $10 at most.
