I ordered from Moon Magic for my daughter who lives in NZ. DHL did not deliver the jewelry, and I was put in touch with Sasha in customer service to help. She was so responsive and put up with my frustration in a very professional manner. Today, my daughter wrote that she received my gift at last! Thank you, Sasha; your assistance is so appreciated, and the jewelry is beautiful!

I would give it zero stars if i could, ordered 3 rings and earrings unfortunaly. It is fake! And it looks nothing like in the photos! These are Dollar store rings! It is very cheap, the stones are cut looking too big, chunky and cheap and the band is just so cheap in every way! It looks shocking. The only reason i didnt return it was that i had to pay customs as well which i wont get back either and reading here i guessed returning it wont work anyways. I regret buying here so much!
To the company, you should think more long term.
DO NOT ORDER HERE ITS SCAM!

I ordered a ring a little over a month ago and the tracking doesn't give me any updates since Jan 16th! I contacted customer service by email two weeks ago and they were no help at all. I can't do anything and my bank won't give me a refund because it's an international purchase. I'm seriously scared that I lost my money on this.

Everything was perfect from the time I hit the purchase button. I had a typo in my shipping address and Moon Magic quickly reached out and asked me to confirm. Along with that came great customer satisfaction. The product itself is awesome as well. High quality stones and rings! The shipping time was fast due to being in the same state as where the package was shipped from as well! All around I had a great experience purchasing from Moon Magic!

Very fast and accurate shipment, high quality ring is wonderful. I'm very satisfied both for service and product.

I wish to return the products, because the rings are made in China, and look very cheap. I have not heard anything back from them!

Ordered some opal (moonstone)earrings. Took months to arrive, and when it finally did, it looks NOTHING like pictures. One earring is significantly bigger than the other too. Emailed a few times to try to return and get a refund, but no response. Total waste of ALOT of money! Would give less than one star if I could!

I ordered my fiancé an opal ring fit to size as the same as her fitted engangment ring and it was way to small. Incase you're wondering she stayed exactly the same size throughout. ( not pregnant). I bought the ring well before her birthday and it don't fit. Her ring fit was eight and it came in far too slim. When we tried to get it resized they might as well have told us to go $#*! ourselves rather than just swap out the proper size. The warranty info sigh off on basically tells you to go $#*! yourself if you have a problem. All I wanted was a resize and I would have been happy. Upon further review I hat the stone tested and they are not real opal. FYI

Ordered earings, took 10 weeks, there was gum in the package not earrings. When complained they actually dared to tell me that they had no clue... cheaters and liars!

I ordered a pair of earrings early December. Still not received them. E-mailed customer service and got a computer generated response saying they would get back to me in 3 days. That didn't happen. Have tried emailing them on numerous occasions. Nothing. My advise is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a ring for a birthday present on New Years Day and have still not received it. The tracking says it is still stuck in NJ. I received an email saying have 20% off for the delay but really I just want the ring I paid for.

I can't seem to speak to anybody at all. Every email I send via the contact us ends up with the same suit generated email ‘ your package is delayed track via this website'.

Where is my order? Somebody please talk to me!

The worst customer service

My bff gave me this ring for my birthday. Within the first week of wearing it TWO of the stones fell out! When she told the company they told her that because 30 days had passed they would make her the "special offer" of allowing her to buy me a replacement ring for 50% off! What kind of terrible service is that? I am shocked at the poor quality AND that they don't stand behind their products. Do not waste your money. They delete all the negative reviews on Instagram and will block you if you complain. This is not an upstanding business.

Only 1 month warranty on items and stones fall out extremely easily. So disappointed with the service provided.

My partner payed hundreds on a set of two rings off Moon Magic. When they arrived one of the rings had a black mark on the bottom of it and the other had a diamond missing. Both rings were cheap and nasty, light and looked like they had come form a dollar store. My partner has emailed the company for weeks now and no reply.
Do not buy anything from these people!
