I wear my moon magic jewelry every day! They're beautiful pieces...definitely my favorite pieces. Highly recommend!
Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.

The jade gold necklace looked so beautiful online. For the price, I expected good gold plated quality. Upon receipt, the quality of the chain looked very cheap. I have never worn it and kept it in the box to preserve it. To my surprise, I open it 2 months later and see that the chain has gone copper. For paying $170 USD, I feel misled and taken advantage of. I usually don't leave negative reviews. Authenticity and quality brings returned customers. I wish that the quality would reflect the cost. Very disappointed.

The stone in my necklace snapped in half after a couple of months and they refused to replace it, said it was my fault (how could i snap a tiny stone in half in my necklace! Then the middle stone in my bracelet turned yellow and they said "thats just what opals do if they get wet" and the stone FELL OUT of my ring - again my fault wouldnt replace. Lovely looking jewellery but terrible terrible quality! I will NOT buy again!

I've purchased from Moon Magic multiple times over the years. At first, I was in love with the pieces that I got. However, there were issues that came up after my first purchase. There was a pair of dirty earrings that I got refunded for, but the customer service specialist promised me another pair of jewelry that never arrived. Then, I ordered the mystery deal that was pretty expensive, but when the order came, everything seemed to be sloppily thrown inside the box. It seemed like I just got a bunch of returned pieces.

I bought the archer ring which I added to my ring stack along with other brands. I take my rings off for cleaning, bathing, work, etc. All of my other gold vermeil rings have maintained their colour, but the one from moon magic had completely faded in a month! It's completely silver now, there's no more colour to it. Surely if it was due to improper care my other rings would have had the same issue. I couldn't believe how quickly it faded!

I ordered a blue sapphire necklace for my birthday. I ordered from Croatia (EU) and was not sure about the customs procedure. I have bought 3 rings from here and although they are exceptionally beautiful. They don't last the first one and the third final one were tarnished and the gold came off within 3 months. Even after taking care, I work from home there was no "wear and tear", the second ring the stone fell out. If these rings lasted I'd try a fourth but unfortunately out a bunch of money for a couple months of wear.
