Glad they could replace my last order but my previous order was past warranty to fix. Upset that these rings some with care instructions and are not meant for everyday wear and tear. Will NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!

All the crystals on the jewellery I've purchased are great quality and gorgeous colours. Their gold vermeil plating is the most durable gold plating I've had and they're the only brand I buy my jewellery from now.

I have placed quite a few orders with this brand and I am very happy with the quality of all of them, the only issue I have ever had is with the mystery bundles, I was sent two rings and a necklace instead of three rings. The company have been very accommodating with this issue and are sending me another ring without having to return the necklace.

I bought the ring set according to the sizing guide, but wanted it to be a surprise, so I could not measure it and used a good fitting ring as a reference. The ring turned out to be too small. So I have to decide whether I return it or let it get adjusted. The return process from my country was quite troublesome, because I got the shipping address and I had 7days to return. As I got the address, it was possible to get the price for the shipping from available companies in my country. The shipping costs started at around 20% of the ring set's price. But with the risk that the size one would still need adjusting it was cheaper not to return it. When I finally got the price of the adjustment it was at about 50% of the ring set's price. Since everything took longer than expected, I wasn't able to return the rings and now they are just sitting on the shelf and not being worn.
So if the return process was more flexible or organised better, then the overall process would have been excellent.
Got the float ring and another ring. Absolutely love them esp the float ring.
