I bought a ring with gems that moved inside.
I liked the model a lot. It's just that the gems got stuck 1 to 1 on the sides without being able to be unlocked.
I also found the ring a little expensive for what it was.
So my first review was not very good but customer service had a very good reaction.

I've bout 4 rings so far. 3 the first time and one the second. The second was the wrong size. My bad. Easily exchanged for the right size. Love this company.
My first time buy, very pleased with both shipping and purchase!
My delivery was faster than I expected. The packing was beautifully presented. The ring was beyond my expectations. Very pretty and sparkly.
This ring is beautiful. It's a delicate style that looks lovely on my hand. The stones are the perfect size and I catch myself looking at it a lot because I love the colours. This is my second ring purchase from MM. They come in lovely boxes that keep them safe during shipping. I have not had to use their customer service for anything, so I can't speak to that. Shipping isn't super fast, but that's ok, and it isn't super expensive, either. It usually takes a couple of weeks or so, which isn't bad. I will definitely keep coming back. :)
Easy order, ring is as seen on website. Beautiful garnet touch your skin ring. Garnet is my favourite stone.
The overall process is too slow, it took one month for my ring to get to me, when I got it unfortunately it was too big (which is my fault of course); I've send it back and after 1 month still I have no news of it getting to the factory. I selected an exchange and I still want my ring in the right size, but after this I will never order again, too slow for my taste.

The process was updated regularly, for when it eventually arrived in an Australia. The ring is perfect. It's rare for me to love a ring, but I love this ring. The proportions are perfect, it's not too small, or too big. It looks good quality.
