NOT SAFE!

Please be aware! This company requests that you send them personally identifying information via e-mail (unsecured connection).

They requested that I said them a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card and a photo copy of my ID or passport.

When you enter your credit card online it is processed through a secure connection via the AIM payment processing client. This is a secure and encrypted connection and your card is immediately charged. They have no reason to request your information again via e-mail.

Be aware that if you send these sensitive documents - you'll never know where they'll end up or who will have access to them.

This is a HUGE security risk! Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money where it is protected and secured.

I've never had an experience like the last reviewer. Items always arrive in 3 days, always exactly what was ordered as well. They do have a $100 minimum purchase, so keep that in mind. I use a regulated power supply from them that is an Eikon knockoff and I've used a few different machines from them as well. The DV8 machines are extremely good for the price. They hold up to my Mickey Sharpz micro dial anyway. As far as customer service goes, I wouldn't know, I've never had to call them. Maybe the other guy had the odd bad experience, but I'm a repeat customer and like I said, I've never had an issue. The only reason they didn't get five stars is they sell cheap Chinese machines alongside their better DV8's and the $100 dollar minimum can be a pain sometimes, like when you've added everything you need and you're at $98 so you have to add an a-bar or something to push it over..
