I actually had a great experience, my order was put on hold because my purchase was flagged as scam, and they contacted me and put everything to work so I could get my order, I got all the notifications of what was going on, and the customers service team was really nice and helpful.

It's been a while since my last order, can't wait to get my soil quality back.

Made an order was shipped right a way. Package was tampered w by some one in postal inspection by the look but all was their and works great.

Shopping was easy, I'm still setting up my lab so I haven't tried out the materials I purchased

Border was missing one out of the 15 bulkheads I ordered I called customer service and they responded very promptly and helped.

1st order we will see so far so good! Will probably continue using monster gardens and thanks to OGG I would've never known.

Ordered a gallon of Trifecta, selected option to pick up in store, came the following day and they didn't have a gallon or enough smaller bottles to make a gallon, also could not change to have product delivered. I'm in Oakland, shop is an hour drive in Santa Rosa.

I received my order of a Horti-Control Dust Shroom HEPA Filter 8 in. Quickly; however, there was an excessive amount of some type of lubricant in the hepa filter packaging (the filter came in a bag placed in a product box). I think the lubricant's intended used was to place the clamp on the back of the filter; either way, part of the filter was coated in the lubricant. It's still usable, the lubricant doesn't have any noticeable smell. This seems to be more of a manufacturing issue, which is why the 3 star rating.

Ordering was nice and easy! There was a bit of a delay in delivering but i didn't realize it was UPS ground. LOL! Other than that it was all good.

Overall good experience however some of the Boveda 62 stay fresh packs seemed either used or dried out.

Had an issue with not recieving confirmation email, after a couple of days i reached out to cust service. Call was promtly taken by a call center and Mark from Monster Gardens reached out to me very quickly and resolved the issue, thanks!
