I bought a 2017 Yamaha R6 this summer (2023) It only had 500 miles on it, but unfortunately the left side had been damaged due to previous owner failing to put the kickstand down. While the damage was superficial and very minor, I wanted the bike to look new again. As many of you know, they stop production of the R6 in 2020. So when I found myself tasked with saving this one, I wanted to make it special.

Monster Fairings has some amazing designs, and admittedly it made the final decision making process really hard. They also offer custom order designs that I couldnt be bothered with, because they had read my mind and had a set exactly like I wanted on their site.

They dont stock them, they manufacture your order from start to finish. From plastic to paint. It takes time. Their estimated timeline for order completion and delivery was pretty accurate. Although, I will say, my set did arrive almost a week earlier than the maximum delivery time. I wasnt upset about that at all. Just plan on it taking as long as it says.

If you have any questions, their customer service team is amazing. I reached out to them several times because while my fairings were being made I was buying other parts to go with them. They even sent me close-up pictures of examples of their carbon fiber pattern so I knew what to buy for a good match. Talk about above and beyond.

When they finally arrived, they were packaged well and exactly how I wanted them. The fit was better than expected and look amazing. I installed them myself, in my garage, and it took about 8 hours, start to finish. But what a transformation! And now, thanks to Monster Fairings, I have a truly one of a kind R6 that I am so proud to own. Thank you Monster Fairings team, for making my dream a reality

My design idea excellent realised by Monster Fairing... I'm totally satisfied of the result and the awesome look of my new fairing. The entire process was uncomplicated and transparent. Exactly what I ordered

All guys are super helpful and nice, great customer service. The fairings are absolutely stunning. Everything fits. Had a problem with one piece and directly got a new one. Shipping overseas was very fast. Will do it again :)

Great customer service overall! The fairings came out beautiful and did not come damaged luckily. Installing them was easy and the fitment was like OEM however some of the holes on the side fairings did not screw in with the bolts/screws I bought and the ones I bought aftermarket. I don't know what happened there but it was only a few. Nothing that affected the overall fitment. I'm content with how it came out!

From order to delivery, Richard was always there for help and updates along the way. Totally worth the wait if the end product is this good. Fitment was great and didn't have to do any modifications at all.
Box/package was very well put together and everything arrived intact. Please be patient with the delivery time because it takes a while for this to clear customs once in the US.

Definitely recommend!

To round it up: No part of my experience beyond placing the order was pleasant.
Custom painted CBR 600RR fairing

This is a very trimmed summary of my story
Arrived after 2-2.5 months after placing the order
1. They promised delivery to my door - Package was retained at Customs. Had to waste hours, pick it up personally and pay out of pocket to claim it.
2. The package had no damage. Paint quality was Appalling(scratches, dirt, bubbles) on all pieces and fairings were missing small elements needed for fitment.
3. Wasted a month with customer support! Finally settled for a partial refund. THEY DEMANDED I remove my negative reviews before they would even consider processing my refund - the audacity...
4. My experience was very disappointing and the reactions of customer support very inadequate so the review gets uploaded again.
I am sorry but you are completely out of line demanding your customers to remove reviews after you've messed everything you promised as a seller before you would send any kind of refund!
If this information helps even just 1 person to avoid the frustrations I went through I will be happy.

UPDATE December 3rd 2023:
The company is actively trying to buy itself out of negative reviews which is incredibly disappointing to me and explains their high score on this site.

Instead of learning how they can provide a better service they just wave some money around and hope people agree to it - talk about shady practices...

Monster Fairings is a great and professional company! The customer service will try to solve every problem and wish you have. They reply fast and are super kind.
Shipping was super fast for me (living in Berlin). They produce in China but are placed in America. The production takes it time because every order will be produced especially for you.
The material and fitting of the fairings is perfectly fine. It was not necessary to make any changes or extra work.
The paint job looks great. In matter of fact it is handmade, so it is not flaweless but as long as you don't look very close you will not see any failure. Only thing is, that the paint will break due to stone chips at high speed. That is preventable by a paint protect wrap or related paint care. A more durable paint would give Monster Fairings 5 stars. I think they are the company to deal with to get the dreamlook of your bike.

Great communication and great quality. Very happy with my bike's look now.
