Monster Exports are scammers. Do not buy any car from them. I was scammed over $50,000 USD for 3 cars that was not never shipped till today.
This client had all the cars cleared at the port. One of the units was not to his liking. Sorry, all cars are sold AS IS condition.
For a quick smog check it was great. Checked in to get a discount. Staff was friendly and I was in and out within under 10 minutes.

They are very ethical, knowledgeable, and thorough. There's a real emphasis on good maintenance without cutting corners, while not attempting to sell something that's not needed. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They are scam and duped me of my hard earned money. I made part payment for a Sienna, they promised to shipped after port clearing, I kept on following up not until I checked online and realise that the vehicle I paid for was posted online again for another customer to pay for. I informed them about this and they said it was a mistake. Later when I start to follow up again, they said I'm giving them too much stress that they will refund that I should send my account details, I sent this but I got no refund and I was later blocked from reaching them via WhatsApp. They should pay money back.

I found Monster Export on the internet. There were more cars to look at and at a cheaper price. I went there in person to London office. The staff was very nice and polite. The procedure - buying the vehicle, getting the documents and the export of the vehicle was quick and we didn't have to wait long. It was good.

I'm writing to share a very positive experience with Monster Export. I was cautious to do business with an online auto dealer, many of the sites looked questionable and fees not clearly listed. Monster Export's site was very straightforward and fees clearly listed. Upon speaking with them I learned that registration and setup to buy a car was nearly instantaneous. From first hand experience I learned it was true and was able to quickly pay for my vehicle the next day. The rest of the process was clear and easy. I would recommend Monster Export to anyone looking to do business with a reputable and trustworthy auto dealer.
It's my first time to buy a vehicle from Monster Export last week. I was sick of bidding so I wanted to try Buy Now only. I've known about them for a long time. I don't remember how I learned about them but I knew about them and the one in London too. I'm from around there so it's just a local business there. I chose them because I could pay cash and it was cheap. Overall, it was a good customer service experience.
