The machine is excellent, and the customer service guided me through the entire purchase process. I found significant cost savings at Monport without compromising on quality. While the learning curve can be challenging, it's also a valuable experience.

During the waiting period during the pre-sale period, my mood fluctuated a bit, but when I received the product, all my expectations were fully rewarded. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, great value for money, and overwhelming satisfaction!

I must highlight the versatility of the CO2 engraving machine. It handled wood with finesse, giving me the freedom to explore various artistic expressions. The durability of the machine adds to its overall value, assuring me that it will continue to enhance my creative endeavours for a long time.

Tried one from Omtech and one from Monport, both non functioning garbage with no support from seller and a ton of work unpacking, trying to make it work and packing this giant boat anchor back up to return.
Spare yourself the headaches and aggrevation, just DON'T.

So I bought a machine on December 11th after a ton of research. I am know convinced that most of the reviews are coming from the company. Even though the website says ships in 7-10 business days I have heard nothing from them. I have tried to call-no answer-phone literally hangs up. I have sent emails-no response. I am currently sitting on their chat-35 mins no answer still. Nothing! I paid over 6k for this machine-that I have had no communication after purchasing. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

This is the best laser machine i have tried. No doubt monport is the best. Will recommend this to other.

Monport laser sells cheap immitation hardware that they shamefully pass as their own. They copied the design and manuals from OMtech and recently did the same thing with LensDigital PiBurn, even taking their manual, diagrams and even their logo on page 13. This shameful theft has left many agast - while they are selling a clone they are not able to support it. The components they use are cheap replicas and do not compare to the original. To steal from a small American business and pass their IP as your own is only damaging to your own brand. Shame! We are a small business operating in Old Bridge New Jersey.

I have been receiving fantastic responses to my questions, and I feel assured that all my future needs for this 100w laser will be well taken care of. I can't wait to set it up and start cutting out products for our shop. My excitement knows no bounds!

I recently started using the Monport K40 as I transitioned from a diode laser to a CO2 one. And let me tell you, it was a great decision! Even though I am a bit slow at picking things up, I found the Monport K40 easy to learn.
