I ordered a reno 65w pro in early March. After 2 weeks my order arrived and it was the wrong unit, they sent the 45w pro. When I contacted them, they just wanted to refund $300 of my money. When I told them no, I needed the bigger build area and more powerful laser they just sent a return label and no other instructions. After fighting with them for 2 more weeks trying to get an answer about the correct shipment, they just said we are refunding your money and had the nerve to say please reorder and we can ship in 24hrs. Even though it took 2 weeks to send out the first time. I sent it back and the chiller I ordered then had to wait until May 18th to finally get the rest of my money from the chiller back from them. This took from April 10th to May 18th to get taken care of that is poor service in my opinion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY. Get something better you won't regret spending more for higher quality and better service.

Shipping was fast and I received my k40 6 days after purchase. The package was complete and I am very happy with my experience so far!

When my machine was delivered, I found that my laser tube was damaged during transportation. Although it was not monport's fault, fortunately monport sent me a new one for free, which was really great.

I bought a chiller and co2 laser from monport's German website. The shipping was fast and arrived in about a week. Their service was also very good. I went to their US site by mistake at first, but Bella kindly sent me the order link for the German site. All I had to do was pay.

The device remains in my possession. It's important to be cautious, folks.

From purchase to delivery and installation, Monport's customer service has been top-notch, which is crucial for someone starting a business. The machine exceeded my expectations in terms of power! I'm now thinking about adding a rotary axis to engrave more objects. Thanks, Monport!
